This place omg so me and my girlfriend was trying to get a car now on the website it ain't say nothing about a credit check but then we go inside the lady at the counter said we have to have a perfect credit to get a car I ain't never been to no rental place where I had to have perfect credit to get a car

Fraudulent claim that I damaged a vehicle. When I got there I waited over an hour to get a vehicle. It was a mess but I took it anyway since it was the only option. Now, 2 months later I got vehicle damage report. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Rented a full size car. They said to me that my car was a Kia Forte and that was going to be ready in 5 minutes. When I asked about my full size reservation, the woman in the counter said that I had to speak with the owner/manager Jay. Jay said there were no more cars, even though there was a Malibu and a Ford Explorer parked outside. The Malibu had to go to an oil change (such a coincidence) and refused to give me the explorer because it was too many categories up. I said to him that unfortunately that is the way it works! They have to upgrade me and not downgrade me (the Forte even had bad scratches that he said that they did not put on the contract because its all electronic - hilarious). Long story short, I take the Forte and once in the freeway, back train starts vibrating. Went back to the shop and explained that I cannot drive this car like this, it is dangerous. This guy Jay stars telling me again he does not have another car, then he starts yelling at me because of not understanding what he was telling me. He said to me that if I wanted to change it, I could do it at the airport. Not even offered a proper solution.Never coming back, clear lack of experience, mistreating of customers, false information given and terrible quality of cars. Would put a 0 stars, but google does not have that option…

On Sunday, the office closes at 1:00 pm. I arrived at 1:05 via an Uber ride. Fair enough, but how about going an extra step professionally on a January day when the wind chill is 0 degrees? Avis has my telephone number and my money. I pre-paid. Folks with the Enterprise I work with locally, which is not open on Sunday, would have the decency of telephoning to confirm whether I would pick up the vehicle and waited five minutes. I should have paid attention to the 23% recommendation posted via Expedia about renting a standard SUV from this Avis office.

I booked there a full two weeks in advance. When I do get there, I see that the office itself looks like a step up from a crack den & I’m told there are no cars available & to go to the airport.

Called to make reservations on Lee Rd and spoke to a woman in Mexico. Although I didn't get the car she suggested and I accepted.....the process was quick and easy and the car is perfect for the trip!!!

There is 3 customers including myself waiting for someone to come back. The guy in front of me said he has been waiting 15 minutes. The sole customer service rep was good but he needed help. Cleaning and taking for gas then customer service.

I usually go to enterprise but they require a deposit so me and my husband decided to try a new rental place we ordered it on line . I had showed up early to do the paper work and the front desk person said I can’t until the vehicle comes. I came back to get the vehicle it wasn’t there he told me I can get a smaller one but if I want it I had to go to the airport!!! Wow what an inconvenience now this took my departure time off.. way offf!!! he didn’t even call to tell me and still didn’t get the suv I wanted because they were all gone.
