One of my worst car renting experiences ever, I rent a car for a few days while my vehicles in the shop repaired. When I arrive to the location to pick up my rental car, the gentleman said let me go out and make sure the car is ready for you to go. He did that came back in and said you’re all set and have a good day I leave in the vehicle only to find out later that evening, the car was not cleaned at all. I found used tissue women’s sanitary pads stuffed under the seats of the vehicle. I also found the previous renters rental contract with all personal information and mail that they had left in the vehicle. I know for sure if the vehicle was clean properly none of that would’ve been left in the vehicle. The store immediately after finding, I spoke with a woman by the name of Bre or refused to provide her real name, she offered no apology. No explanation was not sympathetic at all.

Car rental company pick up was great. Drop off at the airport was not. Was charged a $300 drop fee. When I called about dropping at the airport I wasn't told about this fee. I'm a disabled veteran and live on a fixed income.

My experience with this car rental service has been mixed. A significant issue is the frequent unavailability of vehicles. It appears they rely heavily on the timely return of cars by other customers, which often leads to a shortage. Despite having advance bookings, the company doesn't seem to maintain an adequate fleet to meet demand. If a customer fails to return a car on time, you may find yourself without a vehicle for the entire day. On a positive note, their pricing is competitive, and the convenience of key drop-off boxes is appreciable. However, these benefits are overshadowed by the challenge of actually securing a car in the first place.
