Went to this store to get a balloons for my oldest daughter’s senior night the staff was couldn’t answer any questions and seemed to be afraid of the manager who promptly stepped out from the office to tell me that she could and would not sale me a ballon because they had no helium and that I may try to return it. WHAT???? Terrible customer service and seems like the employees aren’t treated any better. I was able to go to Michael’s whee I felt welcome and they helped me fiend an alternative ballon although I had my heart set on the one from the dollar tree ?

Was waiting outside at 9 a.m the time they were supposed to open and they lady say there and watched me sit in the cold with my son when the store was supposed to be open.

Ian surprised that no one has called Osha on this place. Hardly can get through the isle, for boxes ? nd Dollie’s!!. The store is the third worst I’ve seen. Freezer section was empty not a frozen item in stock. Some irate employee was talking very poorly to another!! From the beginning of the cooler to the very end of it, boxes ? stacked up and across. Had to bypass one isle just to get through to another..

Me and my friend came to the store and they said they only had 3 minutes left and even though they had like 8 minutes left we were like okay cool. Then we hear over the intercom, not even 2 minutes later, “our store is closed please bring your items to the front to check out” as we did cause we were only getting chips. Then when we got up to the frog we heard the lady say “We don’t have all day to wait for people”. Terrible customer service throughout the whole experience from both employees.

Absolutely horrible! This lady named Lesley was very rude I came in to exchange table cloths and she came out didnt even introduce herself instead she stared me down and followed me around. She was very nasty and rude.

The cashiers are very nice and attentive. I made a mistake and they were very nice about correcting it, even though it was my fault. The store is very nicely stocked and orderly.

Called the store to find out if an item was back in stock before making another 20 min drive there. Theresa, who said she's the store manager, refused to check for me and became very argumentative when I asked if this store receives regular restock deliveries. I don't understand why she became so defensive over a simple question and refused to provide customer service. It is such an inconvenience for customers to make multiple trips to a store to find that certain items are still out of stock. The very least they can do is check for a customer that calls in. I cannot believe how incredibly rude the store manager was towards a regular paying customer for NO REASON. I will be taking my business to Dollar General from now on and will be sure to suggest that my family members & neighbors do the same.

This store is terrible! Manager with a blonde short wig is the worst! She had the aisle that I needed to get 2 to things from the end blocked by a box on both end. So I ask her hey mam is this blocked off she said yes I’m like how can I get the items that’s right here I wasn’t able to reach it from where I was she like you will have to come back in a hour I’m like you can not get them for me she said no. I let her know that is terrible service she said well you free to go somewhere else. How I’m a customer spending money and get treated like this? That’s rude. She is rude foreshore and I’m pretty sure she did this infront of her associates who also was around her. 2 looked new. This how we teach our associates to act towards a paying customer? I no longer want to shop at this store for this experience I had today.

Extremely rude employee attempts to start arguments with customers and it has been on going. I am personally tired of seeing this woman bully customers for her own gratification. Please get employees training for how to interact with customers because the employees will ruin this store.

The elderly woman working the aisle closest to the wall was extremely rude today. Not only did she not acknowledge me after I spoke first, she threw all of my items (including a glass candle) into the bag. I thought I had done something until my mother told me that same woman threw her receipt at her. Not sure who the manager is, but check her, because I don’t want to have to do it the next time I come there.

It's never opens on time. Opens when it wants to just note
