This was my first time traveling internationally from Thailand to Cleveland — nearly a 30-hour journey! Freedom2Go truly made my arrival so convenient. Although the reservation wasn’t confirmed instantly, their response was prompt and informative. As soon as I landed at 5:30 AM at Cleveland Airport, the driver was already waiting with a name tag, and the ride was smooth and pleasant. The vehicle was spotless and free of any unpleasant odors.
Thank you for your excellent service! I would definitely book with you again in the future.

I needed to arrange transportation to the airport in Cleveland. Freedom 2 Go made it easy and did so quickly. I also appreciated the fast turnaround, including emailing me all the details of the pickup and return.

I highly recommend Freedom 2 Go. I used this service for the first time, for I had to have a minor surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital. I scheduled my pick-up the day before. Freedom 2 Go came to my home that was an hour away and picked me up and drove me to the hotel, the next morning came to the hotel and took me to the hospital for my procedure. Not only that I had my family members with me, and they were picked up and taken back to the hotel because I had to spend the night in the hospital for observation. I was discharged from the hospital, and I was picked up and taken back to the hotel to get checked out and picked up my family members and we were transported home. It was so organized, and stress free. I will definitely use Freedom 2 Go again. Thank you for all you did for me and my family. I really appreciate your thoughtfulness and helpfulness in my situation. Give a Special Thank You to our driver as well.

Great service from the initial inquiry through picking us up at the airport on our return home! We needed to be taken to the airport at 3:30 AM and they arrived such that we were on our way before 3:30. Great service. Great value. Will definitely use again.
