The bank's rules are archaic. The folks who worked there were a bit rude and/or a tad xenophobic.
It's almost like that bank doesn't really want customers. We decided to open an account elsewhere.

Went inside to withdraw $200 from my account which is not a large amount of money and the lady wasted so much time by calling a number and asking if I had permission to withdraw money from my own account. She wasted extremely rude and last thing she said to me was if I wanted to close my account which was strange.

This is the worst branch I know. They are all rude and acts like they are doing you a favor by doing their job that’s they get paid for especially the white lady.
