Jeff and Jennifer were excellent. This was my first time renting and I will certainly be back. It was a quick process, they were friendly, and the truck was in great condition.

The only thing I can say is I had an AWESOME experience especially driving the truck 13 hours to get to my destination.I had noIssue with the truck or the flatbed tow for the vehicle we towed with us.

From the moment I walked into the store to the moment I walked out I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted politely, both store clerks were busy with other clients, however still took the time to acknowledge my presence. The atmosphere was friendly and the clerks Jen and Jeff went above and beyond to assist me. I have no hesitation recommending anyone to go to this store location. Customer service on point. Walking away with a smile was so refreshing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing customer service! They made the entire rental process so easy. Their trucks are equipped with the latest safety features and are spotless. Thank you Bria (apologies if misspelled) for making me feel welcome. It was a pleasure meeting you. I didn’t feel rushed; and you taking the time to show me all the bells and whistles made me more confident behind the wheel of such a large truck.I enjoyed meeting the General Manager, Craig, when I returned the truck. Thank you for the moving company referral!This location has it all. Convenient, well maintained fleet and lobby, exemplary customer service.
