“Yesterday I let go of my 19/20 year old Westie Ruckus. He was my companion dog for 16 years. 3 years ago I let go of my 19/20 year old mixed breed Mocha. He was one of the most amazing dogs to grace this earth. I credit Rainbow Vet and it’s incredible doctors and staff with playing a massive part in my sweet boys living healthy, thriving, long loving lives. They are incredibly compassionate, caring, professional, informative, patient and kind. I could not imagine this journey without them.
Dr. Alcorn and Dr. Mitchell, thank you for nearly 20 years of phenomenal care. And thank you Dr. Alcorn and your entire team for yesterday with Ruckus. This journey continues with Beau. You guys are the best of the best.❤️”

“Dr Carlson, Dr Johnston, and Carrie are amazing! I have been going here for 5 years. They were very kind when I lost my rescue Sandie a few years ago and take great care of my Shiba pack and two rescue cats. My Shibas especially love seeing Carrie for their groom monthly. All the vets are great. My only criticism is currently getting through on the phone, call backs, and calls information getting relayed to the vets have not been accurate or not given at all. I know this has a lot to do with their new system and am hopeful it will get better.”
“I had two of my cats Fix there. Was surprised and how well their incisions looked when I brought them home. Cost less than going to a regular vet, but then that's only what they do I think.”

“This place is very welcoming, the vet techs are amazing as well as the lady at the front desk. They were informative about my new puppy eddy. She gave me so much information on how to take care of him. The vet was super sweet as well, she made sure Eddy was comfortable while doing his first vaccination. I highly recommend them!”
“Solowitz has been our vet for decades. They are getting a little expensive and I understand it of course. But not sure how much longer I can afford them. Especially since they don't do payment plans anymore. I do get of course people probably screwed them out of money. But no plans isn't fair to us who have always paid them back.”

“I never take the time to write reviews but -They fit me in last minute to check my cat Ellie’s stitches from getting spayed. Ellie has CH, so she is a wobbly cat and I am very careful with where I take her because of this. But I was worried they were infected and wanted to get somewhere quickly. They were kind and extremely quick to help. I was so worried because I had a flight in a few hours and they eased my worries. My boyfriend and I were so impressed with how calm Ellie was with them. She let them hold her and she laid in my lap while we waited for the vet. I LOVED this because I hate leaving her alone back there while waiting in the lobby at most vets. I am considering making this both of my cats’ main vet.”
“Amazing place . i would tell everyone and anyonje to come here. Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance”
“I typically don’t leave reviews, nor do I find that patient care is outstanding anymore but Village Vet is exceptional. They took such great care of my babies, checked in on us after an awful diagnosis and are always quick to respond. I won’t ever change vets after taking my babies here”
“The Family Pet is the only clinic we've taken our dogs to throughout the years. The staff is very nice and helpful, and Dr. Litwak is very kind and concerned about the health of my dogs.I know my dogs get the best care at Family Pet.”
“My cat received excellent major dental surgery at Just Cats. The vet provided a calming med for our cat before coming into the procedure, and Laurel, the surgeon, was wonderful, experienced, and caring. She even provided a phone number for questions during non-office hours. The cat is recovering nicely, and I appreciate all the awesome help and attention our cat received from the staff.”
“My daughter takes her furbaby there. The entire team are very warm, caring, and loving towards not only the animals but the “parents” too. It’s a wonderful atmosphere. The entrance or sitting area is bright and clean. They have two chairs and a long bench to sit on. It’s clean and doesn’t smell. The examination rooms are very roomy as well as clean. The vet is amazing as well. Dr. Olson is very caring and you can tell, she loves what she does. I highly recommend Mayfield Pet Hospital.”

“Everyone at the clinic was a pleasure to work with, from the receptionists, the techs, and Dr. Mendlowitz. The receptionists checked us in and out quickly while being very friendly, the tech and Dr. Mendlowitz both were very patient with my 11 year old GSD Chloe, who has bad anxiety. She didn't make giving them a blood sample easy, yet they did great while keeping her happy.”

They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure my pets were comfortable throughout the entire visit. “I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends! If you are looking for a vet, groomer, or boarding services in northeast Ohio, GO TO BARTELS! ?”
“The saddest part about leaving Cleveland is leaving this family of people who gave our boo boo the best care anyone could imagine.

Our dogs surgery was magnificently performed, their costs are beyond fair…and we felt secure knowing our baby BooBoo would only get the best care, whether it was his annual check up or the occasional emergency.
We switched to Green road after 2 years in Cleveland and it was THE BEST thing we did.
When you tear up after your last visit…you know you are leaving the best.”

“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. I recommend this place for anyone with a pet they care about...this is juju”
“A place and a vet that truly cares about cats and puts them first. My cat Winnie has been boarding here anytime me or my family needs to go abroad and I only trust Amy with my cat! I can tell she’s well taken care of and Amy genuinely took the time to know my cats personality and likes/dislikes. Winnie is not a people person, but she loves Amy. “I took my recent rescue, Nova, to have her wellness exam completed. In summary, Nova was extremely anxious and scared, but the staff was patient with both of us and did everything to make her feel as safe as possible. They even took the time to examine her skin which was one of my concerns.
I wasn’t able to catch everyone’s name, but thank you to Deb, Dr. Pawling and the staff that helped us. We appreciate your kindness and patience.”
“Great staff very friendly was taking my Doberman there for her ears posting but it was just to far for me to drive every week. Callie tough me to do it myself. “Dr Thompson is fantastic! We have a very difficult dog that gets stressed out with anyone who is not her immediate family. The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. They’re very accommodating and thorough with all the procedures she’s had to have and the staff takes the time to walk us through the medical and financial portion of each visit. We recommend visiting this office!”
“A friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
