“Wonderful vet. You can tell this dr is truly an animal lover. She took my baby in on short notice due to some acute issues (which may have impacted the other cat in my home, as well, if they went on longer). I had experienced some oversights at a different office and took my kitten here the next day. The doctor at Just Cats assessed and treated him thoroughly. I am very confident in the care I received for my kitten. I plan on now establishing both of my cats as patients here. Thank you, Just Cats!”

“My dog was sick with Giardia. They can see your pet without appointment. There was understandably a waiting time as many pets were there waiting to be seen. Staff was very understanding. It's a no frills office but I prefer that. Kind of old school practice which I like. Vet was patient and business like. Prices were reasonable compared to other places. I would highly recommend and this will now be my pets vet.”

“If it wasn't for Dr. Malak and his staff I would have lost my Sadie. What I thought was a stomachache , instead was a tumor. Rather than euthanasia he found out he was able to remove it. She will now be living a long happy life. I highly recommend Lakeland Animal Clinic.”
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bartels! We started bringing our chow chow Kirby for grooming there after a terrible and traumatizing experience at her old groomer. Laura is kind, attentive, and so talented. She calls me with updates and makes Kirby feel so comfortable. Now both our dogs will always go here for vetting AND boarding! We boarded them here for the first time this weekend while we were occupied with our wedding. After explaining how nervous I was leaving them due to a previous freak accident that led to our bull terrier Baylor going missing for two weeks, the staff made sure we received text and picture updates multiple times a day to calm my nerves. Josh spent some extra time getting to know Baylor which was beyond sweet. Usually our pups can’t wait to come home after a weekend away from us, but this time I think they wanted to stay and hangout with their new friends! If you are looking for a vet, groomer, or boarding services in northeast Ohio, GO TO BARTELS! ?”

Everyone who helped us was friendly and careful. They explained everything along with writing it down so I understood how to do things for my pet and why they were important. “We were lucky to have Dr. Amy to care for our 17-year old cat when we traveled recently. While our cat went in hissing, Dr. Amy became his friend and even managed to trim his hind nails. It is always tricky making arrangements for our cat, who needs medication and lots of feedings. Nubbin even gained some weight!”

“Dr.J. Hs taken care of the girls (cars) and Shelly (Aussie) for years. I’m lucky because Shelly likes going to the vet, the girls not so much(they just want to run around outside). Excellent care. Just be careful depending on where you live. The exit ramp from 480E to 77S is closed right now, so I had to take Brookpark Road, which is a little bumpy at places.”
“I have been a customer of Dr. Evan Morse for a long time. Nearly fifteen years ago, he serviced my previous dogs, Ruckus, by perfectly cropping his ears (see FIRST 2 pics; black and orange Cane Corso). More recently, he also cropped the ears of my latest dog, Koda, approximately two years ago (see LAST 4 pics; gray Cane Corso).
As you can see from the pics of Koda, his ears were in horrible shape when I received him. Koda came from an abused home, and his past owner took him to a different Veterinarian who attempted to crop his ears, but did them incorrectly. My heart cried for his situation, and his ears in that condition made it impossible to look at him without feeling some sort of sadness. Needless to say, the first doctor I thought of to give Koda a proper and much needed makeover was Dr. Morse. There is NO ONE I trust more.
I immediately brought Koda to him, and Dr Morse worked his magic. The staff was so delicate with, and understanding of Koda and his needs. They treated him so kindly while there. When his ears healed, Koda had a brand new pair and they looked GOOD!!!?. I could not have been happier. I am so, so, so, so, so grateful to everyone at the Warrensville Animal Center, and I believe wholeheartedly, if anyone needs a veterinarian to care for your fur baby, to include ear cropping, Dr. Morse can be trusted. He’s an awesome veterinarian, and he IS the ear cropping king! ????”
“A friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
