Always so slow. 3 hours for drug screen. Online registration is stupid. The guy before me never had his sent to him. Drug screen forced under duress.

The front desk was very professional, personable and friendly. The person that took my sample was rude, impersonable, unfriendly and it’s so unnecessary to act this way. If you don’t like your job then quit! It really ruined my initial impression of the company.

I didn't appreciate concentra for making me disclose my diagnosis to my employer in order to proceed with my return to work form isn't that a HIPPA violation I feel likeI was being extorted!!!.If I hadn't signed the provider would have stopped my physical exam then and their that's extortion!!!

When I arrived to the place I knew that I was gonna be there for a little bit because there was no place to sit. They had to open up another room, and once I got into the other room, they start calling people back left and right I was there for four hours, everybody that was there before me had already left so I was still waiting. There’s no reason for me to wait that long. Once I was taken back, the girl did my urine test was rude snobby she was impatient I could not understand anything she said she didn’t speak very good so when I would ask her to repeat herself, she would get mad at me and huff and puff. She took me to a room she measured my neck. She squeezed the measuring type around my neck very hard literally choking me then left the room left all my paperwork on the bed with me came back. Several minutes later, took me into another room to weigh me and get my height, then brought me back in the room, sat there, playing on her phone texting somebody Then applied some make up finished my chart, then looked at me said the doctor will be in shortly and slam the door. She was rude the entire time I was with her she had no desire to get me an air out. Never again will I use them if I have a choice!
