I ordered oil of Olay lotion online. This was the only CVS near me that was not out of stock! Thanks for keeping your inventory up to date! The order was ready when I arrived.

Worst pharmacy award has to be given then this pharmacy should get it. Extremely rude employees. There should be 0 starts option given to this pharmacy.

If I had to rank the 10 or 11 Pharmacies I've ever been to...this one would be DEAD LAST.Dead like the souls of their employees. If their goal is be as unhelpful as possible and become a void of wasted space in the back of the store...they're doing a fine job ?If you're doctor says you need a particular medication.Don't count on this location.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. The female who is always at the front desk is absolutely rude immediately, scoffs at you, then says “good luck finding that ANYWHERE else, we’re never getting it.”Meanwhile, the helpful pharmacist tells me from behind the pharmacy lockers, “You’re prescription is available at all of these (helpful) locations. Every. Single. Location….but theirs. He helped me more than that same woman ever has. Large build, blondish hair, rude to you and your 5 year old….she does not deserve to work anywhere near patients or people who need something to maintain their life. I do not know how she has not been fired with all of the complaints against her and the same repetitive toxic behavior. The pharmacist actually helped me and I was able to switch my prescription to the next closest (VERY CLOSE) location via my doctor. This person who must work there every day is dead inside, her soul has left her body.Example: Me walking in with my 5 year old daughter used to our old CVS where the were polite, on time, and ALWAYS had an explanation or solution. Her response was to be sarcastic, rude, moody, absolutely not willing to do her job in any way, scrutinizing, made my child feel bad, the list goes on. My bedside manner is beyond her training as I still wished her a good day “as well” after she never said a kind word and she still had the audacity to turn around and let me know personally that she didn’t say that and “BUH BYE!!!” In front of my kindergartener, who was actually very hurt by that. This was NOT the first second or third time either. This is my last choice of pharmacy in my life, and I’ve gone through military pharmacy waits which are supposedly the worst but this location actually blew that out of the water with pure neglect and toxicity. No argument happens, but they always want to pursue one. As someone who works in a hospital, this is VERY hard for me not to report. If it happens again, I will do so next time in hopes that the toxicity is terminated. If their goal is be as unhelpful as possible and become a void of abyss at the back of the store...they're doing a phenomenal job to get reported to every healthcare system that uses or supports them.If your doctor says you need a particular medication, DO NOT count on this location. You will die and also feel sad and self loathing as you walk away without any life saving medication.I will be reporting this to the board at my next visit.-10/10

They were a week late in filling a prescription and the rude pharmacist worker refused to be helpful even though their computer system stated it would be available.

My husband was discharged from the hospital after 3 days in from a total hip replacement REVISION surgery which is incredibly painful and high risk for infection. Due to being discharged on a Sunday we were not able to have the prescriptions filled at the hospital or we definitely would have.He was finally brought down to the car at 5:30 PM and the hours at this location are until 6:00. We placed a call to tell the pharmacist that we were traveling from Christ Hospital to Sharonville and if possible could she wait 5 minutes to close because he needs this medication and she said no company policy store closes at 6 period. I asked her again and explained the situation, no like a robot repeating the same response. Luckily by speeding down the highway I was able to make it there right before 6:00.I get it there’s policy but I also don’t understand why a manager could not have helped. Over the past 3 days our lives have been very upsetting and uncertain all the way to the end with another service we depend on not caring.

The rudest pharmacist I have ever dealt with. If you don’t like your job, get a new one instead of being miserable to every customer!

Went here to pickup a photo order. The photo section is very small compared to other pharmacies like Walgreens. Somehow not my favorite.

The north Korean manager or Chinese not totally positive will sell you items and if them items are not what expected. He runs you off and no refund saying you got to go to cvs a mile down the road.
