Nasty sheets on one bed (misc "pills" under tbe mattress and black hairs on the sheets!). No housekeeping at night and only one desk clerk. No extra blankets (thankfully we brought one of our own!) But desk clerk said she'd bring some when she had time. When I made the reservation, I specifically asked about an INDOOR pool and was told yes, they have one. Um. NO they do NOT! It's March. We're not swimming outside, tyvm! Not impressed with this hotel at all. For the price, I could've stayed at Comfort Inn!

Upon arriving our first night, after checking-in we stepped onto the elevator to go to our room. The elevator was filthy, not vacuumed in what looked like weeks maybe months. Plus, smudges and hand prints all over the walls and it smelled weird. Once in our room we looked around, it was dated, semi clean looking. The shower floor in the bathroom could have definitely used bleach, it was stained brown. Getting ready to go to bed we noticed how stained and dingy the comforter was. They had it covered and rolled in a sheet. It was soo gross, literally tan in color from dirt and yellow stains on it. Clearly not washed for a LONG, LONG time. We ripped it off and took it to the front desk requesting a clean one, plus another for the sofa bed. We were then told they didn't have anymore clean ones and we would have to sleep with sheets until the next night. On the next night we get into our room, No comforters as promised. Again, went down to the front desk to ask. The gentleman there, (not there the previous night) went out of his way to get us comforters. He was very nice. The rest of the stay was alright, besides them not replenishing our towels with (3) sets each day after it was made clear our first night there how many were in the room. So every night we had to go down and ask for another towel. Along with the closet doors being ancient and barely opening.Definitely shocked at the condition and cleanliness of this Doubletree Hotel!! Won't be returning.

Older hotel, the suites are nice and roomy, but felt old and dingy. The hotel is pet-friendly (which we didn't know when we booked it), and you could tell once you were in the hotel. The staff was VERY nice and responsive - no complaints about the staff or service. I would stay here if I needed a pet-friendly hotel, but I would go somewhere else if you don't have pets traveling with you.Rooms: Rooms are all suites.

The staff was friendly, we was offered a warm cookie upon arrival. an elevator was down which made our walk to our room very long. The room was dated and I probably won't be back to this place.Rooms: The rooms needed to be updated. My room had a dent in the wall the size of a tire behind the curtin.Safety: I didn't see any camera's on the property which I felt was an safety problem.

I was totally impressed with this hotel. Very roomy, beds comfortable, TV channels were eh ok. Just regular cable. I felt so relaxed there.

The bedding did not seem clean in our room. There was a lot of dirt in our shower. Outside of our window wad balled up pile of clothes sitting in dirt and water on the little balcony. It took multiple calls to get a new set of bedding at arrival, and when we received them, they were placed outside of our door, on the ground, on top of a huge stain of what I hope was someone's drink. The requested "new" bedding also had brownish stains on them.

I had a 3 night stay. The internet service was terrible. I asked the front desk if we could be moved but was informed the service was bad everywhere in the hotel. She said she'd refund me one of my nights but never did.

We attended a Christmas party for my husbands job at this hotel over the weekend 12/8-12/9. Our room was on the first floor with a balcony room 132 to be exact....stay away from this room?. Room was dirty and smelled like cat urine!! We told front desk they just apologized and didn't offer anything to help the situation. I had the worst headache by the time we left. We tried spending most of our time out of our room because of the smell. This place really needs some love and attention! I'm sure we will be back to attend our work Christmas party but we won't be spending the night here again until things improve. Oh forgot to mention the $4 bottles of water and soda! ? Insane!

Excellent deal for the price I paid. Very roomy and spacious. Easy access to where I needed to be. Other reviewers mention it, hotel is due for a refresh (caulking shower pans, for example), but...in the grand scheme of things, for the price I paid and free breakfast voucher, I thought it was a totally fair compromise. The icing on the cake was the beautiful macaw in the lobby. She seemed very well behaved and content to chill/walk around on her rather spacious open-air stand, playing with toys. She appeared very well taken care of.

They have a parrot in the lobby?!? I was told it doesn’t make noise or fly which indicates a combination of cruel ownership practices such as wing clipping, improper diet/exercise and stress/anxiety/depression. A bird shouldn’t be a passive attraction at a hotel. Really off putting and sad. This is an unstable form of captivity, easy to see with quick research.Room was fine and clean. Toilet runs and makes the most horrible sound and the shower handle is barely attached. “King” bed has two separate box springs? Strange.
