Incredibly rude. They close the drive thru early. When you speak to management they tell you that the pharmacy is its own thing. Overall a bad Krogers

My boss' birthday was Friday, so I and a colleague wanted to get some birthday cake.I took a break and drove to Kroger. I stopped to get a cake cutter, and they had baked me the best cake one could get. Everyone loved it. Rather than going to Graeters' or Nothing Bunt Cakes, I will take Kroger every day of the week and twice on Sunday. They are excellent and at a good price.

This Kroger is so crappy. Half of the staff are either high or drunk when we get to work. The place looks absolutely disgusting. The managers are all self entitled. They treat the Minor staff workers like crap. And they yell at the staff members in front of customers.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for well over 10 years now. Sure, things get hectic there and don't always go as planned sometimes, but I've also on numerous occasions had the pharmacists and staff come up with ways of saving me major money during times when I had no prescription coverage. I think the problems they do have are a matter of staffing issues and not really related to the staff, as they have always been friendly to me.

The worst pharmacy in Cincinnati. A prescription takes too long to get and no one ever answers the phone to find out if the prescription is ready for pick up. If you are too busy, hire more people.

Kroger pharmacy on Lebanon rd in Sharonville is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. The way they treat their customers is awful. They won’t answer their phones and get mad if you call bc they are so called busy. They shut their drive thru down no longer in use. I have Addison’s disease, and Graves’ disease I will not go in and stand In a line for an hr with others standing behind you coughing all over you bc Kroger doesn’t require masks. I am at risk and refuse to do it. No matter how bad your day is you are suppose to treat your customers kindly and fake a smile. I’m tired of this place thinking they can treat their customers so poorly. Cooperate needs to get involved bc this pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Can’t even get my medications filled on time which are life saving medications. Such a shame. They lost 3 customers today.

Just don't! you have to ask them to fill any prescriptions. So If your doctor calls a medicine in you have to literally tell them you need it filled. So just it being sent in isn't enough....isn't this a pharmacy...that's what they do is fill prescriptions..correct?

This store processed an order we did not make and as soon as we saw the charge from our bank we called to have them reverse what they did and they said there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service.

Absolutely horrible experiences, time after time. Never have the prescription ready when they are supposed to, everyone working from the pharmacist to the techs are just awful. No customer service skills, just horrible experience from start to finish and that's even if you can get your prescription. With so many pharmacies in the area go anywhere, and I mean anywhere else. They can never bill the insurance correctly and then blame the customers for their incompetence. Hopefully you can take your business to a place where they will actually value you as a customer instead of treating you like a piece of garbage.

I have been using this pharmacy for well over 15 years. I have never had an issue. In fact, in my experience, the pharmacists and techs have gone out of their way to help me. Recently due to Covid and shipping problems admittedly there have been some issues, but it is NOT a problem with the pharmacists or staff. Drugs are not arriving on time due to shipping issues, and they are understaffed. None of this is due to the people working behind the counter. If one has a grievance, I would suggest you take it up with store management. Although with the external logistical issues, I doubt there is much they can do. My opinion, they could help with staffing, if they can find someone willing to work.

I came early this morning (Saturday) to pick up my prescription that was supposed to be filled yesterday before 2pm. They did not have it ready and said it would be 30 minutes. So i came back this afternoon for them to tell me oh we actually don’t have this in stock. So you can’t notify patients when their prescriptions aren’t in stock?

I am a former retail pharmacist. I know the general public has no understanding of the chaos that may be occurring BEHIND that counter.I love the pharmacists here, and 99% of the technicians. I go out of my way to be friendly and thankful. They are providing an indispensable (pardon the pun) public service. Please be patient and please be nice. Try to walk in their shoes. To Kroger pharmacy team members: we (my family and I) adore you.

Worst pharmacy ever with rude employees. They are always overworked, prescriptions are never done on time. Also when you schedule appointment online for vaccine they take 1 hour to even get us in. Avoid it

This is the worst Pharmacy ever! I had tried going there several years ago and had some experiences that could have turned out badly. I decided to try them again because of the lower prices even though I had a very bad feeling about switching. I should have gone with my gut.I've only been back with them for maybe a month and almost every prescription I had filled was wrong. I also would get notifications that a prescription was ready to be picked, but when I got there they acted like I never requested a refill. My biggest complaint is practically everyone who works in the Pharmacy is incredibly rude, not friendly and not helpful at all. It seems like they all hate their job. So I left and went to Costco. Never again will I use Kroger as my Pharmacy. I won't even consider any of the other Kroger pharmacies it has been that bad.
