We were in Cincinnati children's hospital and my sons batteries for his wheelchair lost charge and we could not get them to charge. And my wife called and David Viars the technician brought us batteries and installed them and checked everything out to make sure it was going to work. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. THANKS DAVID

David and Tabitha were fantastic in helping with getting demo wheelchairs together for the students to work with. I cannot thank them enough for their ease to work with and thoughtfulness in this experience for the students.

I am in plain city oh. I was in a dire situation with my permobile power chair not charging and Completely dead and I was stuck in my chair , and thanks to David V from the NSM Cincinnati branch office and their prompt and professional service I am back up and running.. was a blessing and a godsend . National Seating And Mobility is a life saver. My husband is a survivor of a traumatic brain injury that happened in 2004. We have been through so many different companies, different types of wheelchairs, insurance, companies, and National Seating And Mobility by far have been the easiest to work with. Dave, our service tech is amazing. He always goes above and beyond. I will always recommend anyone to National Seating And Mobility.

National Mobility has been able to provide such great care of me, letting me feel secure and confident about how I’m able to get around. I was lucky enough to be paired with an amazing technician, David Viars. He’s been so helpful and kind to me, and I really appreciate how much dedication the company and Dave has given to my wheelchair and mobility. Highly recommend!

Nick and Dave did a great job in helping us to order a new wheelchair for our son. From the original conversation on the phone through the final delivery of the chair, these gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I cannot thank Dan from National Seating & Mobility enough for his help navigating such a difficult time. Dan's response time was excellent, and he exceeded my expectations at every turn. Straightaway, I felt like my family were in good hands. Dan was knowledgeable, honest, but most importantly, he was kind and sensitive to my family's needs - going above and beyond to help in areas that likely weren't even part of his job description. When you've got an ailing family member, things like that are invaluable. Thank you, Dan, for being a bright spot in some pretty tough times.

We have had Dave Viars (Service Tech) out to our home several times to work on my wife, Margie’s Mobilty Lift Chair. It is unusual in today’s world to find someone who sincerely cares about his clients and does everything he can to help. He is always on time - How unusual is that! He is kind and empathetic, just the type of person that you would want to help someone you love.

I sent an email and got a response the same day!They quickly scheduled an appointment to come out and fix my clients wheelchair.The appointment was for between 10:00am-12:00pm the tech messaged me and let me know that he would be here by 11:00am but he was a few minutes early which was amazing!The technician was very friendly, quick and efficient!We couldn’t have asked for better service,Thank you David Viars for helping us out today!Also, thank you to National Seating & Mobility for making this possible.
