Well stocked store. Did not feel welcome as a Caucasian Male customer. Apparently you must be Indian to come here.

This is good place to get your fresh groceries and packaged food but not the freshly prepared snacks. I usually buy samosa and puffs for my road trip from Honest bakery but yesterday when I saw bread pakora and puffs at Patel brothers, I bought it from them and I would give 1 out of 5 ratings to everything. Puffs were half baked and bread pakora is hard as rock. I would have expected people from kitchen would do quality check before selling it to customers.

Patel is a bit pricey when compared to other Indian grocery stores nearby but their veggies are always fresh! They have the most options and have it all covered when it comes to a grocery store and they have now expanded to a bigger place.

Visited this store yesterday for a few items for my altar. Very limited selection in that department. I was able to find the items I was looking for except for charcoal disks.Asking for assistance was problematic as the employee I first spoke with spoke no English and seemed unwilling to assist me beyond saying she didn’t understand. I was completely brushed off.The store is very clean, neat, and tidy but if you’re looking for something as an English speaker, you’re going to run into trouble and the staff will not be able to, nor will they care to, assist. The cashier was similarly unfriendly. We weren’t greeted, spoken to (sans the total), or even smiled at. Funny that the person ahead of me in line (seemingly of middle eastern Asian descent) was given a whole different side of her personality- a smile, some conversation, and an interest in treating her like a valued customer.I understand that this is an Indian grocer. However, there is no reasons to treat customers of different descent like yesterday’s garbage. There are MUCH better Indian grocers in the area, ones that have more pooja items, that treat you well, and are eager to assist, even in the instance of a language barrier.

This Indian grocery store is a great find. They have a wide range of authentic ingredients and products that capture the essence of Indian cuisine. The store is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you're an experienced cook or new to Indian cooking, you'll find what you need here. It's a reliable spot to stock up on essentials and explore new flavors.

There’s this creepy short Indian man that followed me throughout the store and he wasn’t subtle about it at all. Every aisle I went to, he was literally standing right there, walking past me multiple times, or standing nearby pretending to organize shelves. Never asked me if I needed help looking for anything or greeted me. He made sure he was the one who rang me out and but barely said a word when he did so. My receipt has the name Harish on it. I guess customer service isn’t their forte.I only needed a couple of things for my haircare, but I’ll just order my items via Amazon from now on. Wanted to support local a business…. Oh well.

This Indian food store is one of the old style large Indian grocery, vegetables and fruits store in around Cincinnati area, they sells here all Indian traditional type of foods including herbs and spices, about customer service, restrooms and shopping cart service is very poor,Good thing is they have more collections then other Indian stores in this city and they keep clean everything,Bad things are very congested car parking spaces, no shopping cart station in parking lot, little shorter store hours then other food stores, restrooms problem and poor customer services. Thanks
