The server came three times. Once to take our order, the next to give us our food and third to give us a bill. There were 6 tables to serve she had 3 of them.

Thank you to the Host! BIG, Thank you to, Jen (Server)! Not to mention, thank you to the Kitchen manager for checking how our steaks were! At least I think he was the kitchen manager?Excellent atmosphere! Attentive service! Fast and friendly all the way.One of the first questions I asked Jen was, "Would you mind turning the one TV to the Xfinity qualifying." She said, "No problem just as long as there are sports on. At first, we had no clue what channel it would be for direct TV. She allowed us to research what channel it would be. As soon as we found it and before I had to grab her, she was at our table asking if we found it. We thought we had the correct channel, but we were incorrect. Jen then said, "I'll leave the remote, and if you can find it, feel free to change the channel." Soon after we found the correct channel and waited for the program to come on. We were in business.During our visit, we ordered 2 steak meals and the garden bar. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the garden bar was at our disposal, which was fresh and delicious. Throughout our visit, Jen checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. The booth on the other side of us had an older couple and as far as I could tell, Jen and that couple were not acquainted. After our first trip to the garden bar, we reached our table and Jen was taking a small sit down with that couple. I thought that was a friendly experience and it made me feel as if I was not just a customer, but a friend to strangers. She certainly made us feel right at home.All in all, we enjoyed our visit! Even though it was an hour's drive from Columbus. We would certainly have no problem driving that hour to visit this location again.Thank you, all! I hope you had an enjoyable night!I wanted to add. Our visit was between 4 pm and 6:30 pm on 4/19/2024.Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure of the days and ages, but I overheard employees stating that children eat free with the purchase of an adult entree.

This location lack customer service. Tamara (customer service server) and Josh the manager displayed horrible customer service skills. Tamara is extremely rude and her tone is disrespectful. I arrived at this location on to find out they didn't have any of the items I placed online. She refused to allow me to make any changes and refused to give my money back. She advised me to complain online. The manager josh stepped in and said call the number on my receipt. Josh showed no empathy for the situation. When I call the number it sent me back to the this location and when I asked for the 1800 number Tamara hung up on me. I would not reco this location. I left with no food or my money.

Ordered the garden bar there was food missing ,no coleslaw,no beets,no mandarin oranges,no fried onions,some options look old talked to server she said that they were out of some items but she would check if in kitchen she brought me back a big plate of coleslaw my wife and I were very disappointed in the overall quality of food so we will not be going back to Ruby Tuesday the location was at sharonville

Manager Josh was wonderful with a short staff, and busy restaurant... he handled the issues accordingly. Our food was fantastic.

Came in, sat down. We placed our orders. Went up to the salad bar came back and there was still no silverware and napkins. Had to go ask for them, and after 5 to 10 minutes to remind the person that said that they were going to go get them. Them. I ordered a ribeye: one of the worst steaks of my life. One end was well and the other end was rare, and tough as shoe leather. Was one of the dirtiest bathrooms I've been in and in Ohio( I'm from Michigan), with a strong smell of urine, and dirty paper towels thrown in the corner in the toilet. You should warn people about this place. Salad bag was excellent and the baked potato kins were good and the quesadilla was good. I had a baked potato with my steak, and there was no butter brought to the table. So we're all finished, didn't get a refill on the coffee, and I had to go find a waitress in order to get the receipt to pay for the bill. You think it was super busy during all this, but we were just about the only people eating that we could see. Not recommended.

I wouldn't be able to tell you about the food because we sat at a slightly clean table for 10 minutes and watched several employees walk by and no one ever stopped until we were walking out. They're not busy...as a food service manager I'm concerned with their service and the food operations. Employees seemed like they just didn't care. Being near hotels you should be on point. So disappointing ?

I ordered the ribs and steak and the food was absolutely horrible it seemed like it had been warmed up from the previous day but the salad bar as usual is great

Been a while since I had Ruby Tuesdays, this is not how i remember it. Was seated by banner flapping against a window, whocj dhould have been a sign, I ordered coconut shrimp for an appetizer, snd for the main course a 6 Oz ribeye, medium, with mashed potatoes for the side dish. Everything came out at once, which is never a good sign, coconut shrimp was brown, not golden brown, mashed potatoes looked like a tablespoon was plopped on plate as soon as order was placed and directly put under heat lamp. Now as far as the ribeye, came out well done, not medium, tougher than a pop up tent steak sold in a parking lot, and looked like one too. Service was average, but better than the meal for sure

This was by far the worst experience I've had. Took almost 10 minutes just to be visited by the host. Then after we got our food, we didn't have any silverware until we asked for it.Sadly we noticed several others had to as well.Something even worse, my finance and I noticed those who are the same skin color as the staff were attended too much better. I hope that's just a coincidence, but can't be too sure.
