Thorntons is a store providing fresh foods, high quality beverages and fuel. This location has received mixed reviews from guests. Some note it is a good station with good hot dogs, big fountain drinks, sandwiches, nachos, and energy drinks, calling it a construction worker's lunch of champions. However, others have frequently found it out of stock, specifically mentioning hotdogs and breakfast sandwiches.
Several reviews describe a significant positive change. Guests who once avoided it for being dirty, trashy, and having rude employees report it has done a complete turnaround. They now find everything is much cleaner, items are actually in stock, and the employees are much friendlier and have a bright positive attitude. This improvement has made it a favorite place for regular morning coffee and breakfast visits.
What a dump. Trash everywhere. Cashier was nice. Beggar outside. Place was trashy. Won’t stop there again. Lucky for them the other place across the street is even worse. So no stopping at that exit anymore

Took shelter here from a tornado while we were traveling through the area. The manager was incredibly accommodating and even offered to take us to the back rooms while the worst of the storm moved through. She also offered those that were sheltered in place fountain drinks on the house while we waited. Highly recommend!
