“Fantastic job, hit all the nooks and crannies. I gave them a disaster and they gave me back a showroom new interior. I can't recommend them enough. They picked it up and brought it back looking brand new. ✨️”
“Lovely customer service! And amazing job washing my car i love liz she made me feel very comfortable when she was giving me my options! Thank you for a good car wash experience!”
“Amazing experience! Jacob and Stephanie were AMAZING they went above and beyond by explaining in detail the unlimited passes! I purchased the ultra for $20.00 on their promotion.”
“As a former business owner myself, I'd like to tip my hat . I inquired about how refunds work to a worker on site. He was friendly and helpful and even though he had already mailed the refund he also let me wash for free after we talked. That 3 minutes you took with me was an investment in advertising. You run a clean business. Always operable and inviting to the public. You treated a man that you didn't know, like your #1. Customer.
Kudos to the owners and operators of this business”
“I just purchased a used car and it was delivered in a very filthy condition. I took it to Magic Touch and they made it look brand new again! They did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone! Very reasonable as well!”
“I was looking for a good place to get a carwash before work, this site is amazing! Great staff, I was immediately met by a staff member (Aaron) who had a wide smile on his face. He was very welcoming and helpful!”
“Took our 2001 Ford F150 on to get exterior detailed... They did an Outstanding job and more, as my good latch was broken and they offered to fix it for a phenomenal price!! Highly Recommend...!!!”

“Great car wash today. First time using it. Lots of pressure and no soap residue left on the truck. Met the owner on my way out. Very pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend using this Car wash. Thanks for a great experience.

“Great experience, amazing staff and customer service. Always does an amazing job on any car I bring to them!! Very accommodating for any inconvenience that may happen to you!”
“I had a great experience at Westlake Laser Wash. When I paid with my credit card, I noticed a pre-authorization hold and had a question about it. The owner took the time to clearly explain that the pre-authorization isn’t an extra charge — it’s a temporary hold used to verify funds, and the final amount is what actually posts after the charge is finalized. Much the same like gas stations.
I really appreciated how patient and transparent they were in walking me through the process. It’s rare to see that level of customer care for something many businesses would just brush off. The wash itself was excellent, and the service was even better. Highly recommend if you want a clean car and honest, knowledgeable customer support. But most importantly I have a black vehicle and no swirl marks or scratches because it is a touch less wash.”

“Really wish you would have monthly memberships! I love this car wash but in winter I wash my truck 2x a week due to the salt and so I have to go to a wash that has monthly memberships for unlimited washes because is financially a win. If you guys offer that I’d gladly return! Nice car wash for sure!”

“I got my free wash here in Westland Michigan today and became a member. Great wash, the staff was wonderful, and the vacuums darn near sucked the mats off the floor. Is there a APP that I can put on my phone. Can't find it, please point me in the correct direction. Thank you,”
“Good wash- nice extras( compressed air, tire fill, vacuum, bug prep, carpet mat wash and occasionally towels) . 5 stars if you all stop pulling the towels an hour before close.”

“I have been a Wash Club member for over 6 months, and have been pleased with the touchless and soft touch wash options. With 24/7 operations, this allows me the opportunity to get a wash on my schedule. Customer service is excellent. I recently had a situation where the rinse malfunctioned leaving me a partially rinsed vehicle. I called the number posted inside the carwash which was immediately answered by a gentleman who gave me instructions to get an immediate re-wash at the touchless bay. He indicated that he was on his way to the location to check the plumbing malfunction. Nice to see local ownership and concern for quality service. This carwash is very much worth a visit!”
“Large bays, plenty of room to move around and get a good wash without spraying yourself lol. The wax works amazingly well too for spray on/no hand buffing, my truck looks like a mirror!”
“Really nice and clean place. I wash my car and its amazing how clean was after that. The machine have a lot of soap in it, and my car was so shining after that. Thank you so much guys.”
“This is my favorite car wash ever! Everyone is always so nice and I really enjoy having a membership here! My car always looks so nice and the extra work they do before entering the wash cycle like washing the windows is a bonus! Dan was there today & he is great along with everyone else here at Whistle!”

“She was at my home right on time. Got right to it. I added a wash along with my interior shampoo and detail. She was able to get it all done. Truck smells great. It was long overdue for a good detail. I had spilled butter and grease on the backseats from picking up catering the week before. The truck was smelling pretty gross. It's always parked outside so I'm sure that didn't help. She was able to get rid of the smell, and made it look good as new. I highly recommend.”

“This car wash deserves 5 stars 100%. Best laser wash in town not only that but the owner knows all about customer satisfaction! Will only wash my vehicles here from here on out!”
“This is something I've never seen in my life until I went to this place. A hand air dryer! It ended up costing me $12 to do the pre-soak, high pressure soap, foam brush, wax, and dry. I was taking my time and everything worked great. There were a few people leaning on the fence by the side of the building that kept looking at me. I was waiting for them to either try and rob me or ask me for money. Open carry laws have me covered for robbery attempts, and big fat NOs to anyone asking for money. I didn't buy a Porsche for my secondary vehicle by giving away money to people 😄.”

“I highly recommend Hands on Auto Detailing. I was unsure where to go, and Nissan referred me here. I have a brand new car, but stupidly left a pumpkin from Halloween in my trunk and it leaked. Smelled so gross, so I had a complete detail job done. They did a more than amazing job. Looks and smells great!! very nice and very professional company. They even cleaned my Christmas magnets I had on the car and put them neatly in my trunk. Worth every penny. I will go here from now on. My father took me to pick up my car and it was such a great job that he's going to make an appointment for his car as well. I will say it again, AWESOME JOB!!”

“Stopped by this car wash today and was really impressed. The bays were clean, the equipment worked great, and the water pressure was strong. The vacuums actually had good suction, and the carpet spot remover and fragrance machines were a nice bonus. Everything was easy to use and reasonably priced. My vehicle came out looking great. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality self-serve car wash.”
