I'm in dollar general 3_4 times a week and normally have no problems. On the other hand there's a lady named rose that works up there. That is extremely rude and not once not twice, but 3 times this year. And has asking the question if I have a smaller bill. Mind you, I was paying with a five dollar bill or a ten dollar bill which is considered small currency. And once I have said, I don't have a smaller bill. She rolls her eyes. Then says a rude comment. Her attitude is completely unacceptable for somebody that waits on the public

They will not honor coupons insinuating that the coupon is a scam! Ridiculous!

Manager is rude as hell! Walks in front of you, doesn't speak to customers, and always has a nasty unhappy look on her face. Doesn't belong in public job.

People have been working their years and don't know how to do their job. Self checkout isn't working? Looks like theirs no other solutions. The customers gotta take the initiative "how about we go to the other register" l.. employees with no common sense
