“The customer service line was terrible. I was placed in the wrong unit, and it was much smaller than what I had requested. I was also given the wrong unit number.
Thankfully, Ariana, the storage unit manager, stepped in and fixed everything. She quickly switched me to the correct unit, advocated for me regarding the payment and unit issues, and made sure everything was handled properly.
