I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Billy, the manager at your office. Although I arrived only five minutes late for my 9:00 appointment, he stated that I had missed the five-minute grace period. However, it was evident that the office had just opened at 9:00. When I asked to order a replacement, and pay out of pocket, I was informed that it was not possible. However, when I contacted customer service, I was told that the grace period is actually seven minutes and that I could order a new pair of glasses. It seems that Billy provided me with false information, which I find unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the level of hospitality and service I received. Especially because I made an emergency apt due to my glasses being broken and i have very little vision when driving. Thank you customer service!

You can tell everyone at this place really love their job. Best experience by far...everyone was so welcoming and energetic...from the beginning with me calling to see if svs was even in my network...Billy went above and beyond to get the information for me (in my opinion) he said I'll call you back with an answer either way...and he actually called back..sad to say people aren't really doing that anymore. I made an appointment the next day just from him calling back...when I walked in I met Billy and the other ladies there. Needless to say I really do like this place.

I had to switch to SVS for insurance reasons. I'm glad I chose them. I am very happy with my glasses months later. Excellent service.

Everyone was super nice - I ended up there by accident due to Google and wrong location lol but I am glad I did. I will be making my next eye appointment there.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Everyone was welcoming and friendly, atmosphere was amazing! They have better methods to test your eyes! It was a great visit!

SVS in Sheffield is great! The staff are friendly and helpful and the entire process was quick and easy. The team worked really well with my daughter who is usually very shy and made her feel very comfortable. We’ve been going there for 2 years now and we recommend SVS to everyone!

A simple sorry, there's nothing we can do would have just fine, but you're manager has no business talking down to me like he's some high class noble and I'm just a peasant boy. Went in to try and get an old script and they said it was expired, last place I went said it had been 5 years, and this whole hits me with "well it's been that way for over 400 year." corrective lenses have only been a thing since 1885 and that's not 400 bucko.

Would never go back. Been three weeks and I'm still waiting on eyeglasses. Thank God I already have glasses because I would be blind waiting for them. First and last time there.

The exam went well. No issues with that.I went in for contacts and glasses and left paying almost $500 for contacts alone with my insurance.I don’t need 4, 6 packs of lenses at this time because I would like to wear glasses more.For some reason I was taken to a front display case of designer frames, which I was fine with.But they were sunglasses (non prescription). I thought they transition, until the rep said you can wear these with your contacts. I asked about three times how that was possible and then I finally learned that I would be paying over $200(with a discount) for sunglasses with no prescription. Absolutely not, no thank you.I was never helped with regular frames.I understand there are quotas to be met, but the customer should not know this or made to be felt like they are helping to close a deal, which was actually said.My copay was also not entered in correctly. I had my insurance company call them, and SVS said it was the type of contact lens exam I had, which costs more. Totally unbelievable!If you have extra money to spend or waste, this place is ok. But that is not for me.Now I have to find a place to actually get glasses, because I will not be purchasing frames and lenses here after my experience.

I think it's the best place, customer service was awesome ,the doctor was nice patient caring and concern I recommend, I've been wearing glasses since I was 12 years old, I'm 61 and that is the best optical center I would totally recommend it to co-workers family and friends
