Subject: **Warning: Avoid I-90 Nissan at All Costs! A Nightmare Experience Uncovered** Dear Prospective Car Buyers, I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with I-90 Nissan in the hope that it might spare others the nightmare I endured. I recently purchased a car from I-90 Nissan, sold to me "as is" by a seemingly friendly salesperson. However, within just three days of driving the vehicle, it became abundantly clear that I had been sold a lemon. The wheels and steering shook violently at 50 mph, a burnt rubber smell permeated the air when the car was stopped, and black dust accumulated on the wheels. Hoping for a resolution, I reached out to the finance manager, Dave Bowditch. What followed was a frustrating back-and-forth where I was met with excuses and indifference. Despite the obvious misrepresentation of the car's condition, they insisted that it was sold "as is," absolving them of any responsibility. Eventually, after persistent efforts, they agreed to inspect the vehicle. To my shock, their own service advisor, Christopher Leip, deemed the car unsafe to drive due to multiple issues, including brake problems caused by a collapsed brake line and poor brake fluid flow. They repaired it, but soon after, the check engine light illuminated. I took it to my trusted mechanic, who discovered a faulty O2 sensor and later, malfunctioning VVT solenoid valves. When I attempted to hold I-90 Nissan accountable for these ongoing problems, their dismissive attitude reached new heights. I spoke to David Bowditch, who promised to investigate but conveniently evaded my calls for an entire week. When he finally responded, he not only refused to take responsibility for the faulty timing chain but also washed his hands of the situation, leaving me in a state of utter disbelief. My experience with I-90 Nissan has been a nightmare, marked by deceit, negligence, and a complete lack of accountability. I implore you, dear reader, to think twice before considering I-90 Nissan for your next vehicle purchase. There are countless reputable dealerships out there that genuinely care about their customers and stand behind the products they sell. I-90 Nissan is not one of them. Sincerely, Karen Wilson

Purchased my '21 Rouge at I-90 NissanTook it in for not holding the road over bumps.They told me I was over steering and there was nothing wrong.At 18,000 miles it was worse, still nothing wrong.Told them where to drive on Rt 2, so kept the car and found a blown shock.Picked up the car and drove 1/2 mile to bring it back for vibration that was not there before.Given an appointment for next Tuesday.They took the car out and claimed nothing wrong.Took the car to Tuffy who discovered that 3 tires were out of balance (1) by more than 2 oz.They fixed my problem.I will not take anything back to I-90 Nissan for service !!!

Quick service, my service advisor Samantha G was very friendly and helpful. No pushy upsells. Routine oil change and tire rotation. No wait at 8:30am. Definitely a quality, well run service department. A great place to get your Nissan service performed.

Buy your Nissan at another dealership. This dealership rips people off. Sales Manager DAVID HARRELL and sales rep XAVIER VELAZQUEZ refused to give me a Nissan National Lease promotion of $269 + tax on a 36-month lease with 10,000 miles a year with an initial Payment of $3,229 on a 2023 Senta SV with an MSRP of $22,880. Their vehicle's MSRP was $1,000 more which on a 36-month lease is $20 more a month, so the payment should have been $310 a month, including tax and the $20 increase, and they wanted to charge me $346. Even looking at the offer sheet, they gave me a $300 rebate and charged me the sticker Price for a Sentra, which is ridiculous. No one pays a sticker for a Sentra. I was in the car business for years. Trust me to take your money elsewhere. These guys are shady.

I am very pleased with this location, the service I received was incredible. I have Warranty Service that covers Service and Maintenance, and because of a bad experience at another shop the day before,, I walked in here expecting to have some similar issues, but they made it all so easy for me.I received the service I needed within a reasonable waiting time, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Christopher L., who took care of the whole process and made this a great experience for me.I am definitely going back to this place for future vehicle maintenance.Service: Auto maintenance
