My service writer was excellent and very helpful. Oil change was done properly and tech did good job. All that was undone when I hot the bill. Charging 3% to use my credit card is so INSULTING. If your large company can't absorb the change for the credit card you shouldn't be in business. Will have to decide if I ever come back. Really upset!

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Current incentives are really good. Brian Lilly was a really nice salesman to work with and gave a nice summary of safety features and is helpful with orientation to the new Rogue! And it was nice to hear Christian music playing in the showroom.

John did a great job and is a asset to your company he has taken care of me before with good experiences, today I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced,oil and filters changed, wheel alignment, full inspection.
