I’ve been dealing with the Sheffield store. Sandi is fantastic! She is so patient and answers all your questions. She’ll do anything within her power to help make any transaction pleasant for the customer. If the particular store doesn’t have items in stock, they’ll ship them to your home.

Bought a Nordic spa hot tub from them a little while back and CONSTANTLY having issues with the power cord. This is the third time with it being replaced. And now since the “tech” didn’t have it in stock we have to wait for them to order and receive it?? Well how long is my hot tub going to be down for until someone gets out to fix it. And how long will that cord last until it also goes down and we’ll be on the 4th cord? If i could give them less than 1 star i would.

The dumbest employees I have ever seen and rude will never go back. Great Escape has great employees and very helpful. Light House has over priced themselves so bad.

I try not to give a bad review, but if a Customer is spending thousands of dollars and they are doing their due diligence, then they should know that they should not expect to be given correct information about the product and they should take the extra step of asking for specifics in writing when dealing with Litehouse pools in Sheffield, Ohio. I was given mis-information three times prior to installation. as instructions were not included, costing me hundreds of dollars more in electrical work. Not to mention they gave me a moldy spa cover which was promptly replaced. I did have to dispose of their trash and I was told that they don’t remove trash by the office manager, but I was told by the second spa cover installer that trash removal was part of their job.

MY FRIEND..TINA POWELLSBOUGHT A NICE POOL THERE ..ITS NOT OLD ..SHE SAYS SHE HAS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS..SHE TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG THEY TO FIX IT YOUR SELF..THEY ARE NOT STANDING BUY THIER PRODUCT.. WHY DONT YOU PEOPLE HELP THIS GIRL

I went into the store picked up what I needed and went to pay. A lady came in after me to have her water tested. The guy took her first. He was on his phone the whole time. I finally said, Hey, can you ring me up?" He said no, the registers are not working. Hey, don't you think you could have said something or had a note on the door. Customer service is totally lacking. Great Escape is my new store.

I went to lighthouse pool in Sheffield to get sand for my filter it was $7.00 for a bag last year today it was $14.99, I questioned it and the guy was very rude and "you want it or not" I declined and went to manards and got it for $9.99. no more lighthouse pool supplies.

Buying a pool from these people was the absolute worst. I understand there was an epidemic and everybody ran and got pools. My problem is not with the time took to get the pool cuz we were already knew that was going to happen. It's that the actions of the staff the lies they told us on the things we needed how much the pool cost us ended up costing an additional almost $1,000. If they would have told us up front we were prepared to pay for the pool in full when we left the place we were under the impression we had everything we needed. Once the pool arrived we found that we had to spend almost another $1,000 to get the pool correct. The staff was not on point anytime, we've had to go in there it 5 to 7 times. It took months to get our winter and solar cover, we didn't get our solar cover till the end of the season. We weren't able to put the solar cover on the pool that we had bought with the pool until this season. I would never buy anything from this particular lighthouse store. There are several other lighthouses that I've called and always had polite and great service at least dealing with them over the phone but the Sheffield location it's not it

Super helpful staff will test your spa water and give you a detailed printout on what actions are needed to make the hot tub sparkling clean! Lots of inventory means they are going to have whatever you need.

They carry a lot of different products. When I called to ask the lady if they had a certain chemical she acted clueless and put me on hold for a solid 5 minutes. Maybe she was busy, or had to learn what product I was even calling about is? I will never know!

If I could give them no stars I would this used to be an awesome store We had been a customer there for years but in the last year we have had five terrible experiences. We will never be back. Poor customer service rude to customers. Not helpful at all.

They were surprisingly helpful and their prices were surprisingly reasonable. I thought since they are so specialized they would be high priced. I am a loyal customer now!
