They must have tons of ridiculous questions and situations all day, but they never seem to let that affect the service they give. Today was no exception, Heather noticed that I had requested to return some thing at Whole Foods instead of at her store. She simply and clearly describe what I could do and allowed me to stay at the counter and fix it while she stepped aside to help someone else.
