No tellers, only am ATM and three office workers. Just another sign of PNC’s decline.

This is the first PNC bank I've ever gone to that doesn't have a teller line.

PNC Bank in Copley is my preferred branch. Personalized experience from all the staff, especially Jim Koutridimos. They have been our bank for 20 years. They always take care of our needs. They treat us like family.

I transferred money into my account, and they started charging me $7.00 per month service charge.

Good local staff but the bank is difficult to work with and limits what they can do.

I have been banking with PNC since they use to be National City, and have using the Abbe Rd. branch for a longtime as well. It is a excellent branch with well trained staff that is always helpful and professional.

I used a Virtual Wallet account for less than half a year. It was convenient because I was working at the dominoes next door. A good while after working there I moved out of state, a few months after moving I called in and closed out my virtual wallet. The representative over the phones said that after a 3 day wait period the account would close up. That was all in late 2016. A few months ago my parent in laws, who live the the same state as me, started getting warning notices about my PNC bank accounts funds. I have no Idea how they found that address and I have been getting spam emails ever since. I have tried to log back online and close out the account. I cannot remember any of my security questions or log in information. So I had to go through the voice machine in order to talk to a person. She could not find my account numbers from my social security. She said the only way for me to close out my account was to send in a letter with my account #, name, Account address, and phone number notifying them that I want the account closed. Problem is I can't get my account number and am caught in a loop. Any help from the company would be appreciated, but overall I am not thrilled with the experience.
