“The customer service and attention to detail here are top notch. Many different box selections and your item can be packed professionally by the store associate. They also sell stamps so you don’t even need to go to the post office and wait in those lines! Definitely recommend this location for all your packing and shipping needs!”

“SpeedPro Cleveland West did an amazing job on my real estate signs! They even seemed to sparkle! (Literally, the burgundy letters almost appeared to have glitter in it!) Will and his team were willing to work with my tight deadline! Amanda, the graphic designer, spent 45-minutes with me on the phone while we went through modifications! She was so sweet and attentive and made it such an enjoyable process! Danielle from accounting was very helpful and suggested that I mail in a check to help eliminate me having a credit card fee! The quality of my signs were excellent and crisp! I will definitely recommend them for all signage needs!!”

“My mom recently passed away and as we were going through her things we found a scrapbook that she was putting together with our family history. It is so beautiful, she put so much love and time into it. I wanted to share it with my siblings and my aunt so I took it to get copies of the pages but I wanted it to look as much like what she put together as possible. A regular copy machine wouldn’t do. So I took it to Elyria print not knowing if they could get what I wanted but I was willing to try. They not only got the pictures just right but he also took the time to keep the pages in order. This little shop is great and the people there are so kind and thoughtful!”

“I reached out to them to get my baby shower invites printed from a digital download. They were quick to respond and got my invites printed and ready to go within a week! I worked with Darla who was so kind. We had a small issue with the download but Darla was able to fix it right away. I have gotten so many compliments on my invites. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“I’m a regular at this UPS store. The staff has always been pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me save money when I needed packing services by recommending the most appropriate box size for my item. I will go out of my way to ship out of this store when there’s a store closer to me because they are so good at what they do.”

“I have been using this UPS Store since they opened their doors over 15 years ago. In all that time and over countless visits, I have never been disappointed. The staff has ALWAYS been professional, friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to provide unmatched customer service. Regardless of how busy the store is, they work extremely efficiently, moving things along without delay. Just a great staff to deal with!”

“I have been using this UPS location now for over 10 years. They deal with an incredibly high volume of packages, many of them Amazon returns, as most of my visits are! The staff is well-trained, friendly and very efficient. I feel they do a tremendous job. fir what is likely low pay, and often in a very busy environment. They ROCK!! What can slow them down is if customers come in with unprepared Amazon returns and are fumbling through bags trying to figure out which product goes with which return. The staff stays patient and kind, but unfortunately, it is an inconvenience to the other customers in line, so everyone, please organize your returns BEFORE you come in! Also keep in mind parking can be tricky sometimes at this location. There are 6-8 spots out front that are specifically indicated as parking for 30 mins or less, so one can almost ALWAYS find a spot there. If you have a truly heavy box and need to pull up to the curb, please have the courtesy to your fellow customers to drop off the box, put it inside the store quickly, then PARK your car and return to the store. Please do NOT leave your car out front in the fire lane for safety reasons. You can take the extra 5 minutes out of your day for that common courtesy. PS - I've also used this location because I had to fax something (I was shocked people still do that!) and they were great with that process & affordable.”

“Had a poster printed up for my son's shower, did the process online, it was very easy and the price is reasonable. Poster turned out great, the only issue I had was when I called the store to see if the poster was ready for pickup. The associate did not look to see if it was ready but asked when I did the online order and said it should be ready because of when I placed it.”
