For the most part, the service is good and generally quick. But of late, the online scheduling does not work. I tried to call to make an appointment on Juneteen but no one answered, even tried sales but no answer, then their AI popped up and I asked for hours, she came back they were open and what did I need help on. I replied needing an appointment for oil change, she asked all the information and I told her what time and day I needed. She said no problem, gave me what I needed. I arrived at my time and the service had no such appointment and they told Bass about this. But I was able to get one the same day in the afternoon. Their automation needs work

Went in for oil change and had tires rotated. Oil change ok, but they totally ruined the lug nuts on all the tires and then charged us $59 to replace all of them. They said this happens all the time. We have had vehicle since 2017 and never had this happen before and we have had tires replaced and rotated a few times. What a scam. Will never use them again.

gary finance mngr at mike bass ford avon is a deceptive snake in a fur coat and purple sute that looks like it came from a 1970's vintage resale store, anyway not real8zing i was thrown into a third party shark y ank finance company called flagship finance, they arent even a real bank the are a third party high interest payday loan company compounding interest rates and not even a l8git bank. gary was so smooth talking and coniving and act3d quickly so i didnt catch the full details 9f the financial deal on purchasing the car till my 30 day warrenty expired and they denied me the extended warrenty. after discovering who i was dealing with, gary denied it all tye car has major issues gary known about because the mexhanic told him so, i was present in that conversation, gary decieved ne leading me to believe all repairs were done, no' they weren't and gary now thinks he got away with trying to rob me and make money off a miney pit of a car, i have talked to lexington law firm, they are taking the case, i am suing mike bass ford and gary for fraudulently deceiving me. please do not and i mean hinestly do not do business with mike bass ford avon or gary finance mngr at mike bass ford avon, selling crap cars with high interest through a payday loan with compounding daily interest and not telling you is deceptive and fraudulent, sorry you snake in a cheap purple sute, your nothing but the l9west form 9f degenerate sewer trash, wow, mike bass ford subcomed to the lowest of lows when they hired th3 devil in a purple sute aka gary

The only positive thing is that it did not take forever to get an oil change. However, the workers are RUDE and do not want to help you at all. My husband and I got an oil change and my husband asked the manager what type of oil was put into his truck. We got no response. Then we were checking out and my husband said he wanted to use his Ford pass rewards. The guy responded with "give me a second while I reprint this for you." No problem. But then the manager said to the worker "sorry you had to do that". I would recommend this place if you want to get treated badly.

The mechanics and staff here are top notch. You can always except good, quick service and results on your car. I've been to them for almost every issue with my car.

I typically wouldn't leave a negative review for any service or company, I would just stop using them. However, this will be both. Ordered hitch and wiring kit from Mike Bass to be installed by Mike Bass on a brand new Bronco Sport. On the day of the appointment to drop off the vehicle, before I called Uber to get back home, luckily I checked if the parts had actually come in - they had not. That was a waisted hour of my morning. They called two days later when they had the parts, and I took the vehicle back in. The body manager was nice enough to give me a loaner at that point. I asked him about the process and he said the bumper or plastic is provisioned with the proper cutouts to install the hitch aftermarket. My heart sank when I picked up the truck later that afternoon and saw the crude job they had done. I asked the gentleman at the desk to speak with someone but no one was available - the service manager was in a meeting. I also told him that was a brand new rear cargo mat that I just put in the previous day and now it had slices in it. He went out and took some pictures and said he'd have him call me. I waited a few days, no one called back. I ended up calling the service manager and left a voice message but the following day the body manager called back instead. I asked if I could bring the vehicle in for him to look at, and he said yes. When he looked at it he could see that the job looked really crude, and went in to talk to the mechanic who installed it. Came back and said that's how Ford recommends cutting the bumper plastic and that they followed the proper instructions. I also showed him the cargo liner with the cuts in it, he didn't say much but stood behind the work. Lastly, I purchased the Bronco Sport from another dealer down south, but was looking for a local home to do all of my future service on the vehicle. It won't be at Mike Bass Ford unfortunately.

Oil change: Poor timing as far as making appt and taking 1:45 to get a oil change done. Just to much timing wasted.

4 hrs waiting for oil change! Ended leaving without getting service!! Plus ZERO customer service and bad attitude.

Had a oil change and got a new battery upon receiving my car back my radio CD player wasn't working properly they said they would talk to their radio guy been 3 months no reply have bought 3cars there and have used service couple times but never again I'll drive to any other ford dealership but Mike bass and I'll tell everyone I know all about it
