As others have mentioned, CS was rude. But now but I have a guess as to why, and it's the owner/manager's fault. Those poor ladies in the store are sick of people coming in all day for FedEx service. HEY BOSS!!! Petition or demand that FedEx takes your store off of their website! Maybe it'll stop all of the unnecessary traffic in your sorely lacking, cramped parking area shared by several other storefronts, and relieve your employees from dealing with unnecessary inquiries.

The young lady, providing service, I’m sorry I did not get her name, was very kind and helpful answering all my questions and educated me on the services provided inclusive of the frequent shipper card. She also answered my questions on senior discounts, available .her patience and knowledge was appreciated.

Pam and Becca were EXTREMELY helpful. They put me at ease trying to ship out my 2 different packages and made sure I didn’t feel like a burden coming into the store 15 minutes before close (sorry!!). I didn’t grab the other lady’s name but as she was doing her part to finish the evening, she chatted with me which was also a nice touch. The store was very tidy - the best I’ve seen with other drop offs I have used. Really great experience all together! It exceeded my expectations 1000%. I’ll definitely use this location over any FedEx or USPO regardless of price because of the customer service! Kudos ladies!!

Fast and kind staff! Had some double sided invitations to print out but wasn’t sure about how to get it done. The staff were incredibly helpful, finding the most efficient way of printing them and went out of their way to help us trim the invitation with the guillotiné.

I love there staff. This store is ran very well. The employees are nice and willing to go the xtra mile to accommodate the customers. I will never ever go to the Amherst store.off Leavitt and 58 again. They were rude and treated this older lady very unprofessional. They had no patients with her at all. I thought about my grandparents
being handled the way they handled her and I was angry for her kids. Ups of Sheffield is the way to go. If u have to drive a little distance, it's worth it

The McDonald’s of Shipping. Understaffed and the “Quick” kiosk never works. Why have it, I don’t feel like driving 20 mins to sit in a slow line when I’m supposed to be able to scan my items. Do better, or just keep raising prices per usual. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have been in this store 4 times now. I will drive how ever far I need to avoid going forward. Every single person that works in here is rude. So passive aggressive and rude. Worst service I have experience and UPS should be ashamed to be connected to them!!
