“I have shopped at this store for almost 7 years. Jill is knowledgeable and patient, always willing to help a customer. It's been nice to see the evolution of the location over the years and the different items carried. The handmade soap and wax melts smell amazing.”
“Moe was a big help. I knew what I wanted from experience and research, but it was clear he knew his stuff. He didn't over sell. He didn't push. Right kind of recommendations and I'm very happy with my purchase.”
“Trinity Is the most hard-working and amazing salesperson she's extraordinarily helpful and kind, she definitely deserves a raise. The smoke shop offers a lot, they have a great selection for everything that they sell including glass, and very knowledgeable sales people, especially Trinity. Located right on broad Street in Elyria such an easy to find location... I would highly recommend you go here and give them a try especially if you're trying to decide between multiple places.”
“Awesome staff and extremely helpful. Always have what I need. If they don't they will get it for you! Adam is phenomenal and always more than willing to help!”
