Keynan was so nice helped us through the whole process and even bought us lunch, we have never had anyone do that for us !!! 😊Everyone there is really nice. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Buckeye Superstore!!!

Incompetent had a service Olive was to order a part. I had to call and speak to the parts department because she never bothered to have the part ordered. There are also some very inconsiderate employees that the work here, especially if you're an educated female. One would think when you're spending hundreds of dollars for service that you would at least be treated with some respect. This seems to a common situation with male employees of some of the other Jeep places Mansfield, Shelby, Norwalk.

Everything was good Buckeye was one of the few dealerships that do oil changes on Saturday that was very convenient for me. They were very courteous and on time with a good price.

They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. He did a great job. Friendly guy that clearly takes pride in his work and was extremely careful with my car. Much appreciated.

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot.
I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point.
We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy.
All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles.
They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat.
I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.
Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all.
Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

The starter went out on my 2020 Ram that I bought from them 5 or 6 months ago. When I called to see if it was covered under warranty, the girl told me it was. I called again to confirm that it was under warranty right before I took it in and she assured me that it was under warranty, so I had it towed in for repair. The manager called me and told me what it would cost to have it fixed the manager told me it wasn’t covered under warranty. If they would have told me that in the beginning I would have fixed it myself. Heck it’s only 2 bolts and a plug in wire. I had to pay for it out of pocket but he did make it not so painful. Even though, I would deal with them again. I just want to be told up front what the damage is gonna be.

Very pleasant office and staff. Professional salesperson and finance people. The car was not as clean as it could be so I had them take back to clean it. When they brought it back out it still had some marks on it but we live 1.5 hours away and just wanted to get on the road home. I would definitely recommend this dealership
