Received outstanding customer service at this Civista Bank branch. Had problems rolling over 2 separate IRAs from a bank that was making the transfer of funds as difficult as possible. I experienced professional and courteous service in resolving the problems and highly recommend them.

Been with this bank for years and just recently have been using the online banking system and I am not impressed.
