“Absolutely adore this store and staff, they always do such a great job in helping and welcoming guests into the store. I came in around 6 which as an hour before close and they treated me no different (some stores will be a bit rude which i understand but also appreciate when I am helped with no dirty looks haha) and had to do an exchange, return, and was looking for a shirt i bought in Polaris’ location, and the staff were amazing in helping. Rachel was the associate who primarily helped me; she displayed great expertise and ensured that things were made right on my returns and exchanges which i greatly appreciate, she was also very kind and professional! All the other staff were great but I really appreciated that she went above and beyond to help me and was so kind when doing so! I love this store and it’s awesome selection of stuff you won’t find at many stores! ”

“Oh how excited && ecstatic I was when I learned ROSS had came to my home town. I been back here since 2019. Prior to that I was living in South Carolina since I was 19 years. My kids are grown now but this store saved me thousands threw there school years because I understood they wanted all name brand but a single mother I struggled. But oh this sweet store made it all possible for all three of my kids to fit in look fresh and stay in name brand brand new clothes.”

“The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and you can independently shop in peace. They don't carry over size 24 in store usually though, so if you're on the top end of their sizing, I'd just shop online.”
“I was pleasantly surprised with my shopping experience. I know I'm not in the target market of the store, but as a baby boomer that loves my jeans, I decided to give our local AE store a try. When I entered the store a young lady greeted me and asked what I was looking for. Thankfully the music wasn't blaring and I could actually hear her!
