We purchased a house that used fuel oil. We decided to make the switch to propane and have everything installed so that a new furnace and ac could be installed. They meticulously answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, because I had never used anything but natural gas to heat my homes. They scheduled my install quickly to coincide with my hvac install. They came early for the install appt and went to the wrong door so they thought I wasn’t home and left. I called them and they came right back the same day and did the install. They were thorough and even gave me a rough estimate about how much propane I may use in my home every heating season. They explained everything to me about filling and pre buy. I was hesitant after reading some of these reviews but ultimately decided to call and give a local family ran business a shot and am glad I did!

The worst company I've dealt with took the propane tank and stole my propane in it while I was on vacation away from home. They talked to me a week before said they would get back with me. Got home no tank, called and they told me it was my fault and they would pay market price for the expensive propane I paid for. These people are liars, and crooks if they can screw customers for a couple bucks they will.

When we first got Cole 7 years ago everything was great, we got credits when we didn’t use our pre buy, always had good friendly customer service and experiences but this last two years has been rough with dealing with them. They have taken our pre buy money instead of giving us credits, charged us tank leasing fees even though they claim to not charge tank fees, and worst of all we pre buy our propane every July/August so we pay for it all at once and they keep charging us the past two years $280 for more propane we didn’t ask for. We prebuy and check the box to be only prebuy yet they keep charging us for more propane we didn’t ask for or order and expect us to pay when we’ve told them two years now to not do that. And to beat it all I can’t even get a returned call back about this to resolve this issue for months now. I finally talked to someone today, one of the owners and he was the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. I will be the first to say I was rude too and honestly right down mean because even after over 20 minutes on the phone he still couldn’t tell me why I was paying for something I didn’t want or give permission to buy. After doing some research and outreach communication I’m hearing I’m not the only one with these problems with them. Cole, if you read this, I would love if you would reach out and help resolve these issues. I really try to support local business especially family owned but this business really just needs work on customer relationships, morals and values.

Liars and prices far too high. Especially on their "convenience fill" program. BEWARE of that lol. You'd literally save enough money on your first year if you just bought your tank and shopped around. These guys are nothing but scam artists. Rodney, you should be ashamed of yourself. You give going to church a bad name.

I had a request and saw the staff between the Ontario, ohio and Shelby, ohio offices treat me with respect and dignity. This is the type of customer service that creates loyal customers, and the human element was much appreciated in today's automated world. Thanks Mike.
