The store is pretty well organized, but the pharmacy not so much. The pharmacy just needs to be a little more organized, and should have been more prepared for the caos as the only other pharmacy in town was closing.

Yall need to keep an eye on your cashier Zackary, he has been extremely rude to me and my mother every time we come in. He constantly looks miserable and is short mouthed and horrible. And he is the slowest cashier ever, took him two minutes to scan our chicken nuggets.

This place has so much stuff. You can wander around for hours looking at all the interesting things you never thought you needed but now do. I love the range of Arizona ice tea that they stock. It's the only place in Shelby that stocks a reasonable variety. Wonderful. Marvelous. Splendid!

Pharmacy review onlyLori in the pharmacy is extremely rude and either needs the attitude slapped out of her or a refresher course on customer service. The tone she takes with customers is absolutely uncalled for. As the customer, you know what you were told on the phone 20 minutes prior. However, she will stand and argue and tell you that that doesn't matter.Marc the pharmacist isn't too far behind her. He realized soon enough that if they would just fill my scripts, the 9 of 10 you told me on the phone that were ready, I would pay and leave.Got home and went over my scripts and one of them was shorted half the pills. This is the 2nd time....in a row...... this has happened.

I think that the vaccine distribution could have been handled more fairly and efficiently. It was very poorly done.People with appointments should have been contacted to come in earlier. I got here at my appointed time, but there were 50+ people waiting. They said it was “first come, first serve”.I am grateful to get the vaccine, but disappointed in the process ... awful!
