They were friendly and very quick at getting the parts I needed. I had my 3 year old grandson with me & he asked the lady if he could have a bag of popcorn, she gave him some & even sent some home with him. Prices were surprisingly cheaper than I thought they would be. Thanks for being so nice.

So thankful for the guys at the Shelby store being so helpful with fixing the mistakes made by the guys at the Park Ave Mansfield store!! It was just an absolute mess of mistakes made by Mansfield and thankfully the guy's at the Shelby store listened to what I was explaining, looked into what I was told from Mansfield (which ended up being yet ANOTHER mistake made by that store ?) and then we're able to fix those mistakes and get me what I really needed. And apologizing on behalf of the other gentleman from the park Ave store when they didn't have to do that. It wasn't their place to apologize on their behalf but they did anyways because they just couldn't believe all the mistakes that were made and how much I needed corrected. It was so appreciated!
