“We purchased a house that used fuel oil. We decided to make the switch to propane and have everything installed so that a new furnace and ac could be installed. They meticulously answered all of my questions, even the silly ones, because I had never used anything but natural gas to heat my homes. They scheduled my install quickly to coincide with my hvac install. They came early for the install appt and went to the wrong door so they thought I wasn’t home and left. I called them and they came right back the same day and did the install. They were thorough and even gave me a rough estimate about how much propane I may use in my home every heating season. They explained everything to me about filling and pre buy. I was hesitant after reading some of these reviews but ultimately decided to call and give a local family ran business a shot and am glad I did!”
