I have brought several customers here and even though they're parking lot is empty.
They wouldn't rent the room to 4 Different people. I can only say it was. based on how they looked.

It's more of a room by the hour type of place .... Or so it looks as tho! Half painted walls ... Extremely Dated Rooms! EXTREMELY Dated Furniture! ITS TRULY unfortunate as you can tell it's had its day.

I have never seen such dirty rooms in my life. The place needs to be leveled and rebuilt. If I could only show in photos the sheets sticking to the mattress. DO NOT STAY HERE. Mansfield is only ten minutes away.

This was aweful. We checked and he had a bunch of questions to ask with an attitude. We were there for all of 30min and left. My sister wasn’t comfortable and either was I. He didn’t give us the deposit back when I asked and didn’t give a refund. FOR 30mins, ARE YOU JOKING?! I guess you get what you pay for! Also it’s not $62, it turns out to be a $85 plus the $50 deposit and then $28 a night for the dog we had with us.

It's an ok place when you need somewhere to crash for the night. I think they charge a little more than what the place is worth in my opinion. There's a huge hole in the wall of the shower, the bed is been used and abused by many many many people, there was dirty socks under the bed, one of the windows is broken, the door looks like someone has kicked it in a few times that you can almost fold it in half, the sink drain is clogged, and the heater runs on a/c at all times. But when you need somewhere to sleep it does the job I guess.....

For the money, you can’t really complain. It was tired, dated, but for an overnight it worked just fine. If you want a $200 a night room, spend $200 a night. The area seems fine, the locals were pleasant, the shake joint right up the road was awesome.

Motel fridge did not work, but on the plus side, the office brought a Microwave to use which was very nice of them. The motel was ok, the bathroom door did not close as it was warped and swollen. I mean it was a motel and in Shelby there are not a lot of options. Security deposit paid extra and then did get it back. The staff was very nice.

Horrible motel. Worst if ever seen and dealt with. Cancelled reservations and still tried to change all 6 nights and $50 deposit. Room was nasty, dust on everything, bad smell in room and stains on bed sheets. Probably bed bugs. Didn't stay long enough to find out

Should've checked out the room before I paid. Now I'm out $58 bucks. Went and stayed elsewhere. Outdated box TV, hard beds, 2 thin pillows, aluminum foil as a threshold below the door. Whole room stank of meth and bad decisions. Lil Akkpu at the front counter said "No refunds!"

This motel definitely needs new everything; carpet, tile, paint, furniture...so why 4 stars? Because the lil ol lady that runs this place helped me out when I was in need of her grace. That alone is priceless.

All these people wanting a 5 star hotel for the price they paid make me laugh! If you want fancy then go somewhere else and pay full price to a chain hotel. On my experience I had an amazing time. The lady checking us in was more than helpful. Amazing customer service skills. The room had warm water, bed was clean, floor was clean, fridge and TV worked, they allowed me to have my dog, plenty of parking spots, great price, a Mexican restaurant right outside my door... What's not to like?? Definitely staying here again on our next trip (we visit once a year)
