Marcia in the pharmacy is wonderful. Willing to receive a fax from my doctor when they screw things up and able to fill my prescription within a reasonable time as might be expected. Superb service.The rest of the whole store has one person only, be ready for a long wait to pay at the checkout.

Told me they couldn't fill my script for 1 week. Then on the day they told me my script would be ready they never called to get it cleared with insurance so they told me 3 more days. No problem it's just my health

I was automatically opted IN to their charity Round-up Program, KidCents. Cashier had to call manager to opt me out. Cashier and pharmacy people were friendly, but beware the extra tax that goes to Rite Aid's pet charity.

Top notch pharmacy, very professional! Marcia does a great job informing us about our medications. The staff fills our prescriptions quickly and always greets us with a smile. We will be returning here every chance we get.

Whoever said high prices and poor staff was correct!! They tell you it’s going to be hours when you drop off a prescription and act like it’s a total inconvenience to even help you even though it’s their job. I’ve basically only ever used rite aid but after the last few months of complete horrible service and realizing drug mart and Walgreens are the complete opposite I will never again use rite aid!! They definitely do not care about the customer at all, the pharmacy part anyways. Now as for the general store part I can’t really complain they’ve always been super nice and I always buy a bunch of clearance stuff but after being treated poorly numerous times but the pharmacy department I will not be buying any clearance items in the future by business will be elsewhere!
