I would refer Matt to anyone. I am not the easiest person to deal with at times, but he was patient and made me comfortable and talked to me like a friend not just a customer. This was my first time doing business with Rocket, but will for sure do more. the dealership was very nice and organized, also have to give a shout out to Brandon in service, he made sure i understood that service after the sale was just important

I was in town with work and needs my tires rotated and an oil change. So I booked an appointment and dropped it off. I have a ford f350 dually sorry in order to rotate the tire you have to break them down. When I returned to pick up the truck I was in a hurry and didn’t notice that my tire were never even touched!!! I be noticed it after I already left town because there was no sign of finger prints or hand prints from removing a tire. I have black rims that were dusty. As well as the tires being taken off the rims they were dry??? Usually there are signs on lubricant from the tire machine. I was charged and was scammed don’t let it happen to you. Not sure of the guys name in service? He was tattooed on his left arm I believe. I wouldn’t give any stars if that was an option ??????????

I bought a Hyundai Tucson from rocket and that car was totaled. Went back to rocket and purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax that I am very happy with. Everyone at rocket Chevrolet was so friendly and helpful in every way from the service department to the sales department to the purchasing to the owner everyone was excellent. I highly recommend Rocket Chevy and will continue to buy vehicles there. Could not be happier!

Shout out to Rocket Chevrolet!
We are on a road trip and the alternator on our truck went out. We're staying one night in Mansfield ohio and then heading out in the morning to continue our trip. We called 3 dealerships before we called Rocket. We explained our situation and all 3 said "sorry, we're booked, that's a bummer for you"
Rocket said, "let's get you fixed and on your way."
They ordered the alternator and got us in first thing in the morning and had it done in an hour so we could be on our way. And they even washed our truck! Fantastic customer service!!! 10 out of 10
