If you don't want the typical corporate excuses, and the defects of most all large corporate held body shops , I recommend you check out this body shop and his attention to detail . You won't get the excuses that they are allowed up to 3 imperfections per panel , he doesn't over book , so you won't get that phone call or lack thereof, when your completion time has arrived .
And you won't feel like just another number and such . Accountability is almost absent in the automotive repair industry , it's refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about the quality of a repair versus running to the bank with that insurance check.”
