My dad died 9 mth ago.we had Adam's funeral home take care of the cremation.
We set it up ti have me pic up the ashes when the was ready. So he called set up a time and I told him I was bringing some small urns to put ashes in for the family keepsake. Well I got there he opened the ashes box made a remark about it.looking like a bag of drugs and started to dump my dad's ashes in the urns.
After spilling some henask if I could help hold the urns or the bag of my dad's ashes. I kept my composure and helped him after he had spilled the ashes on his desk He look right at me and swept the ashes on the floor said ill vacuum them up later no big deal.
I finally got done took the urns that still had ashes on the outside and put them in a box and went to my truck. I lost it the complete disregard for my family's loved one and the complete disrespect to me and my father .no professionalism no compassion no respect. Not another one of my family members will go to Adam's if I have any say.
Mark at Adam's funeral home if u happen to see this u should be ashamed of how you treat people in this kind of situation.
You care nothing for the people its just a pay day to you. He was my father and he deserved to be treated with dignity and respect from you and u swept his ashes on the floor.

My grandmother passed away January 6, 2024; we immediately called Adam’s because this is where my Grandfathers services were in April 2021.During the initial meeting with Mark, he was very rude! Very pushy, and was rushing us the entire time! The day of the services we were finishing things up, everyone was lining up to say there goodbyes to my Grandmother one last time, and he walked up to my Mother in front of everyone and said “who do I need to contact when her remains return here!” A conversation that should have taken place in private, and was actually already addressed during the initial meeting!Mark has also continued to contact people who were not the beneficiaries or the person who held Power Of Attorney of my Grandmother, regarding the financial information that was given!I have never been to a funeral home that was so unprofessional, and will not be returning to Adam’s again.

Very helpful funeral home. This place is clean, warm, & well furnished. Mark remembers your name and always extends a direct comforting experience when you might be at the most difficult time of your life. Mark Adams has taken good care of my late family members. He can accommodate your needs in a calm comforting way. We have become friends over the years.

Adams Funeral Home, EXCEPTIONAL!!!!I tried to prearrange my fathers end of life services around 9 months prior to his passing. At the time dad was about 110 miles from Sidney, living with family. A funeral home in Sidney was not willing to provide arrangements, nor willing to come transport dad to Sidney, then make arrangements. I was informed I would have to go thru a local funeral home to make arrangements, then they would arrange to receive his body. Never heard anymore from them...Mark was there in our time of need, in every way possible to care for our father with dignity and respect. He came 110 miles to get our dad and take him back to Sidney (the same day he passed). Mark and staff was very polite, never once did they attempt to offer upgrades or extras that would have raised the cost. As a matter of fact, Mark guided us thru the decision making by suggestion ideas on how to cut cost and keeping high quality of service/products. Totally awesome!!!!Mark was easy to talk with, it felt as though we were friends instead of making a business transaction. Mark and the staff are so personable as if we’ve known each other for years. Daddy’s Homegoing Celebration was Exceptional because of the great care and service provided to us by Adams Funeral Home!Now we can truly say, Mark and Adams Funeral home has gained our trust and friendship with the Lewis’.Highest recommendation!!!

I have officiate a couple of funeral services here and have attended a couple. I found Mark to be extremely helpful, polite, and genuine. He befriends the family and handled our loved ones with care and respect. I applaud Adams Funeral Home for there service and support.
