Was in a tight spot with a busted tire while out of town with my toddler on a Sunday afternoon with most shops closed. He was very helpful in finding us a replacement used tire and putting it on. All for less than $100.

They have worked on several vehicles for me. Have always got them done pretty fast. The last one, they spent time diagnosing and could have charged me a lot of money. Instead they were upfront about what need done and actually didn't charge me anything.

When we were moving across the country, our tire started making a loud popping noise. We pulled off the highway and called Alyeska as it was the closest auto shop we could find. Steve came in on a Sunday to help us out. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in a timely manner so we could be on our way. Very kind and professional. Thanks Steve!

I was driving down the highway when I heard something start scraping the ground. Got out and saw my aluminum protection plate came half off. Luckily Steve got me in within 10 mins on a Saturday. He was very nice and fixed it up quickly so I could go about my day.

It’s rare to find a shop that combines professionalism with genuine kindness, but Alyeska does exactly that. This is a truly great place, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs!

Had an awful experience trying to get a clicking sound fixed. Was taken advantage of. The original problem was the water pump pulley we found out later. Nick decided to just start taking things off and replacing them to see if it fixed the problem. Replaced alternator, idler pulley, belt tensioner he never told us about ($300!!), and brand new belt then wanted us to come look at it and tell us he needed to replace the water pump. Quoted $750 for alternator. Paid $1689 after tax. And he charged us hourly labor for every hour it was at his shop. He told us after the fact that he didn’t have hardly any experience on this and had to watch YouTube videos. His method of diagnosing seemed crooked and extremely damaging to our wallet. And the “business” his family runs. Everyone we know will know about this place. He never offered a written estimate. You NEED a written estimate. Without it, you are at the mechanics will. In the end it’s our own fault for choosing the place that would get us in fast and then falling for the “oh just an alternator change.” Get it written down. So you can pursue legal if it happens to you. Thanks.

Nick knows how to take things off and put them back on, but not much else. His method of figuring out the problem was terrible. He just started replacing parts until the water pump was the last thing to fix. We don’t know if he just sucks or screwed us! The Place is trashed. The water pump pulley was loose and knocking. He replaced the alternator, idler pulley, another new pulley, and installed a new belt. And noise was still present. He said after the fact that he had little experience with a Toyota 3.5 v6. He told us $750 for alternator out the door. After he was done it was $1686 total. He didn’t even say that he was replacing the idler pulley until he showed that we “needed” it. and the idler pulley alone was $300. Charged us 8 hours of labor when quoted 3-4 hrs. It was just a fishy experience. MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE ALWAYS!!!!

Our check engine light came on along with some car shaking when trying to get back home to Cincinnati from Indiana. It was a Sunday so basically every car repair shop was closed. We called Alyeska Auto and he came out and met us at the shop within 20 minutes. We were so thankful that someone was willing to help us out. Don’t think twice about going here! It’s hard to find people who are hardworking and honest, but not here! Thank you guys!!
