Went to this location for help cancelling a line and moving lines to other devices due to my mothers passing. Was told I couldn't cancel the line because there was billing for a new device associated. Explained I understood their was billing for a new device and that's why I wanted it transferred to a different line but I am not going to keep paying for a "phone" service line no longer needed. Asked what he/she can help me with and only answers or help I could get was "you can call customer service to see if they can help, this is a RETAIL STORE only". Good to know and I will NEVER buy anything from an AT&T "RETAIL STORE" again. They want it all online? Fine, sorry I bothered you. Likely to change providers due to this experience. Useless is all I can say. One star because zero is not an option.

I had issues with my older Android phone (maybe 5+ years old, I dislike change. Anyways, the salesman Devin was VERY helpful. I did end up getting new Android ( not as heavy duty as my last phone, I have a tendency to break them) he transferred everything over. Some of the apps that weren't working on the older phone was working on the new phone. He was patient, got me up, and out of there with minimal delays, and made me very appreciative of stopping in. My past experience with the help in there wasn't pleasant, yet Devin changed my outlook on that store.

I just tried to call someone at this location about a question and instead of listening to me straight transferred me in middle of me talking. Poor costumer service. Glad I switched to Verizon. ??

The customer service rep (Moore) provided the best customer service I have ever had for phones. He was knowledgeable, straightforward, patient, and efficient. Based on our interaction, I will continue to shop AT&T.

Matt at the Sidney store was very patient and helped us with all of our cellular needs, He helped us switch over our apps and was very helpful & patient with setting up Our new service, I would definitely recommend a 10 out of 10.

The mistakes the employee at this store made setting up our service led to months of hell involving massive errant charges to my account and illegitimate suspension of my phone service. It was so bad and became so complicated, no one at the call center could sort it out. The issues weren't resolved or even completely understood until we filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and an agent from the company president's office had a look at it.The agent explained in detail to me what had gone wrong and made it clear to me everything stemmed from actions taken at this store. She said that feedback would be provided to the store which could lead to staffing changes, but that because this store is an "authorized retailer" and not managed by AT&T they could not make those changes directly.Another thing to note is that she told me that now that the smoke has cleared, there is still a phone missing and it seems it may have been stolen.My advice is to give the management time to clean house before you even consider visiting this location.

Pretty poor service. AT&T as a whole are a joke. But we asked the worker to help us with cancelling a very old contract for my grandma whose phone won’t even turn on anymore. He basically made us feel d*** and said “I guess I can make a phone call for you, if you can’t do it.”This is what we were met with after two hours on the phone ourselves being transferred 5 times and on hold for 20 minutes at a time.
