Okay it was 4 years ago,I went in to get 2 tires. Technician replacing the tires broke a stud and I was charged for it. I feel it was operator error and the other reason I was unhappy is the price quoted was higher than it was supposed to be.Today upon speaking to the manager to tell them why- I feel he was disrespectful and condescending after I asked if he could make some sort of incentive or deal,that i could come and get tires next time I need them.And them make a new good review.So no I won't be going back.And prior to the bad experience I had been going there for many years.

After being in a car accident my TPMS light remained on. After visiting another business they shared all of my sensors were working and suggested I take it to a dealer, thinking it possibly being an electrical issue. After going to the dealership, charging me with a diagnostic fee, they stated that one of my sensors was bad. After questioning why would the other business state they were all good, the dealership responded they had better technology. I wanted to get a third opinion and Best One did not disappoint! They checked my sensors and stated they were all good and that the dealership didn’t have different technology. After doing a reset my light was gone and continues to be off! I appreciate their efficient help and honesty!!

I’ve been going here the last few years and the bad outweighs the good. There’s been too many moments of forgetfulness or maybe they’re choosing not to do everything they should be. Last time I was here I wanted quite a few things done and they forgot to do the alignment that I requested. I also asked for them to check fluids and a couple days later I checked my oil and it was nearly gone. They never said anything to me about that. Years back my lug nuts were coming off my tires after they worked on my vehicle. I also needed my back windshield wiper-base fixed but they just put new wipers on instead which didn’t even come close to fixing the problem. There are other mistakes on top of that from the past but no need to go in more detail. Time to start looking around for a new shop to take it to cause this place isn’t cutting it.

We love going there. Scott is always the best to deal with. He's always friendly, joking around while being professional, and does what is needed to your car and nothing else. Scott will also go above and beyond to help you with anything. Ross in the back is also a great mechanic and trust him to work on my vehicle.

Stopped in today because i thought there was something wrong w my break light and turn signal went out at the same timr, turns out it was just the bulbs and scott didnt charge me for the bulbs or labor, what a awesome guy and business ill be back next time i need my car worked on, thanks scott!

I had a rental that needed a battery which was a slow process by the rental company. But the issue was the lack of service, rude, and they acted as if I was there to bother them. I don’t recommend this shop unless it’s your last option. After waiting for an hour to hear back from the rental company, I ended up leaving regardless, so that the tire shop did not get the business from me even if they approved of the new battery.

Great staff!!! I was stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire. They worked me in for a new tire at a very reasonable price.
