These guys are awesome! I went in to test drive a Bronco, but my finance options were not in my budget. They stuck with me until I was driving home in a new car. My salesman was Todd Seitz and Dan Dixon was the finance guy. Wonderful guys. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very helpful. The same with the rest of the group. Just all around great guys. They stayed late the night I picked up my car and were so gracious about it. And I got a great price for my trade in. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team at Buckeye Ford really came through for me. I was traveling through Ohio on my way to Kentucky and I was stranded because my car broke down. Janice and Joey were the primary ones that I worked with and they were excellent. They understood my predicament and followed through on offering what they could do for my vehicle while still giving me the opportunity to visit Kentucky. My car was ready on time when promised on my way back through heading north. I can't say enough about how much they worked with me and accommodated my needs as a traveler. I wish there was a dealership near me with a team like the one at Buckeye Ford...with honesty, integrity, and good to their word. Thanks, Buckeye Ford!

We had traveled down from Michigan and then broke down on our way back on May 5. We spent the evening and next morning trying to get help. Finally we found Buckeye Ford on May 6, and even though it was a Saturday, and they had limited staff, they bent over backwards to help us. They were honest, did not overcharge us, and the office manager Janice made us very comfortable while we waited. The other mechanics were very kind and assured us that they would get us going again, and Dalton fixed our car and treated us with respect and kindness. He even called us after we got home to make sure we were ok and got home safely! Apparently this is not uncommon for this dealership, since every review I read is just like mine! We really appreciate these people and want to say a big thank you and God bless you!

Todd Seitz was phenomenal in assisting us with our recent purchase! He was able to get us in the vehicle we wanted and get us a good rate. The transaction couldn't have went any smoother! BUYER BEWARE!\nI have been a loyal customer of “Quick Lane” (a.k.a. Buckeye Ford) in Sidney for over 5 years, bringing all three of my vehicles here for maintenance, oil changes, and tire rotations. For the past 5 years I have been very pleased with their service and prices….until today.\nI took my car in for another routine oil change. When I opened the glove box to get my Oakley sunglasses, I noticed they were missing. I went in and informed the Service rep. She went in the back to talk with the techs. When she returned, she said they didn’t have any sunglasses and “I trust my boys”. I explained I had just worn the sunglasses this morning and put them back in the glovebox like I always do. Those sunglasses have been in that glovebox for over 8 years. She replied she could take down my name and number and she would call me back if they were found.\nI knew that was never going to happen. It was clear from her tone she didn’t care. I was an annoyance.\nSo I told her that after 5 years as a faithful customer she just lost my business, to which she replied, “Have a nice day!” in the most insincere way possible.\nIf you take your car to Buckeye Ford, remove your valuables or take photos of everything. Then check your car BEFORE you leave the lot.

Excellent experiencing purchasing and financing my vehicle. Dwane Moore was extremely helpful with guiding me through the specifics of the vehicle and answering my questions about features. Also, in assisting with app/technology set- up. Dan Dixon was similarly helpful with explaining the financing and vehicle coverage options. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable in their areas and both contacted me in the days following purchase to offer assistance as I needed getting up to speed with my new purchase. I will recommend the dealership to friends/family looking to purchase a Ford or good used car. Appreciate the great service I received!

It took them almost 6 hours to do an oil change done and a plug my tire. The tire is still leaking air. I even had to ask if they done the work on my tire because they didn’t charge me for it. I should’ve just taken it somewhere else.

They performed the oil change and vehicle inspection quickly. I had requested they check my air filter, and they did as requested and said I was good until at least the next oil change! I appreciate the honest assessment!

They could not find the issue with my brakes. I am going to take it to another food dealer. They don't contact you with their findings, you have to call them (and hope they answer). Very poor service.
