The guy is always in the back smoking. They never answer the phone. If it's not the guy than it's it's kids or whomever. They always look at you with a look of disgust. Just to get one simple thing done they try to make you feel likw less of a human. Everytime I leave there I feel I'm leaving with the impression that these individuals do not like anybody that is not of their ethnicity.

Went to the store to switch service. Customer service is awful!!! They lie to you to get your money. I was told if I enrolled in autopay I’d save $10 a month so I did. When it’s time for the bill to come out, there was no discount. I called customer service and she told me you don’t get the discount on multiple lines. The dude clearly knew we were getting 2 lines and told us that anyway. These people are crooks!!!

Went in for an interview at 4 o'clock waited for the 20 minutes to get the interview was offered the job sign a job offer letter a sir it calls me about a start date leaves a voicemail voicemail when I call him back he says he hired somebody else horrible person to do business with he lies to his customers about deals and try to get them to pay more

Third time trying to go to this place on a Sunday when both google AND their door shows hours of opening at 12 and them not being open. This gets very irritating and will be taking business to a different store in the future, one that doesn't push sales of cases for $30-50 that you can get the same on Amazon for $5-10

Henry here I stopped out at cricket in Sidney Ohio on 1542 Michigan street Kamran .who was very nice helped me when no one else had what I was looking for and got me hooked up right away ...And the selection and cleanliness was impressive .They really go out of their way for their customers stop in and switch you can even get a free phone e it's from Henry so you know if I'm happy you will be too thanks

I went in to cricket wireless to get a phone and a representative named William big heavy set guy was high as a kite, his eyes were super red and he smelled like weed, he was slurring his words and was trying to get me to buy a certain phone not a phone I was interested in

They have had difficulty attracting good employees and then keeping them. One guy helping me would go in the back to call his wife to help him with problems. I did not like that he often had my phone in his pants pocket and not in a bin. The service is inexpensive, but the service coverage does not include all of Sidney so once I'm past the BMV there is no signal in the Plum Ridge area :( and I'm disconnected while visiting family and friends.
