Had my son to ER for kidney stone. ER sent 3 scripts to CVS, next morning CVS calls to inform me they didn't have the pain meds in stock & I would need to call around & find it & then call the ER to have it transferred. Umm ok, pharmacy normally does the transfer but yeah ok let me do your job & get that script filled elsewhere. Will never shop CVS for scripts or anything else. Terrible customer service.

They close at 6pm on Saturday and Sundays NOT 9pm! Super frustrating…now i don’t have my medicine! This should be taken seriously and in consideration when changing any store hours!

I switched pharmacy’s recently. I won’t go back to CVS, Told her I had good RX for my prescription. She said I already had that on my prescription I said no I don’t I’m paying full price. As to where the good Rx price was 10.99, in stead cvs charged me $27.99. They are rude and don’t want to try and help you with coupons. I switched to Walgreens and now I save money when I get my prescriptions filled!

They are always rude and if you try to call they hang up on you. The staff are always busy worried about their selves the one was sitting on her phone as she had a line of customers. Worst place in Sidney.

Tried to call to check on a prescription got hung up so I drive down to the pharmacy to check only to be told it’ll be another twenty minutes 3 separate times by very rude staff that could seemingly not be bothered more to help a customer. I’ll be changing where I fill my prescriptions

Very rude pharmacy personel. My drug coverage switched to them via employer benefits. Wal-greens, no matter how busy they were never rude or act annoyed to have my business. This location is a joke, and the employees need to be retrained with basic customer service skills.

If I could give NO STARS I would!!! The pharmacy help is EXTREMELY RUDE & they messed up my prescription & then they were rude to me when I was told it would be 20 minutes waiting in the store!! It ended up being an hour & then I told them I wouldn’t be back there again & JANICE mumbled under her breath WHERE I COULD HEAR HER PLAIN AS DAY—“Good.” So I gave her some choice words BACK!! Then the Pharmacist says, “your prescription has been ready I thought you were talking to yourself.” I said, “No absolutely not! Why would I talk to myself?! I was asking over & over again if it was ready then got skipped in line by 5 people!!! They were RUDE & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! To the point I’m going to make a complaint to corporate so this doesn’t happen to another INNOCENT CUSTOMER!! I am a CVS shopper & I use CVS for my pharmacy as well but I will NEVER GO BACK TO SIDNEY OHIO CVS!!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!!!!
