Our salesman, Kyle Muehlfeld, was very easy to work and was very helpful even after the sale was complete. He also helped coordinate having a spray-on liner and running boards added to my truck after we took delivery. I will recommend Kyle and the whole team at Germain to anyone who mentions they are looking for a new vehicle!

My husband called and made an appointment for my 2022 Cadillac to have an oil change and tire rotation. Never was he told that you are no longer a Cadillac dealer! We paid $113 for what should have been covered under the warranty. Your company acted like snakes by not telling us that you were no longer a Cadillac dealer. I will tell everyone that I know that Germain is a bunch of crooks! Stay away from these crooks!

Update 11/21/2023: Thank you Germain for responding to my concerns. Since this review, I have received a full refund and a new key fob. I really appreciate the effort to correct the situation and have reflected my review in the star ratings.The customer service aspect was great. The front desk workers were kind. My experience after that was disappointing and honestly ruined the rest of my day. I came in for a key fob that had not been working properly (i.e. car would not start, would not unlock, etc.). My car was still under warranty. I told them that I had already tried changing the battery in the fob with no luck. They tested the new battery and said it measured at 2.8 V out of 3.1 V. Stating that this measly 0.3 V difference was the problem, they then replaced the battery with a new one which costs about $6. However, for the service itself I was charged a shocking $90, and that was them "cutting me a deal." They said that the batteries need changed every 2 years. Despite having just changed the battery, my car is a 2022. It is currently November 2023, so it hasn't even been 2 years since the car was made. I informed the serviceman of this who said that I just got a couple "bad batteries" then. After leaving the appointment, I called the dealership and left a voicemail asking for a call back from the store manager to discuss what had happened. I never received a call back and it has been 4 days. Overall, it honestly felt like a scam. I am a 26 year old girl and I don't like to cause turmoil or make anyone feel disrespected, but this was not the type of experience I anticipated having and has since left a very bad taste in my mouth about ever returning to a Germain dealership for any of my car issues. I am dismayed to say that I will be doing my best to never return and will likely do my best to prevent any friends or family from going there either.

Delivered my truck at 3 pm the day before my appointment which should have been have been at 8am the next day.....still no one had looked at it. Hmmm. I only have one vehicle...so i go back home and you called 45 minutes later that your tech took it for a ride... found nothing wrong. So i get a ride back and i ride with the tech and he tells me if its going to shudder it will do it at a certain speed...but did not. and the tack will jump. I leave with truck and it did it at various speeds. Tack did not move during such episodes. I know this has been a Gmc issue in the past. So for me I paid 170 dollars for a none answer . Waste of my hard earned money. Thank you very much.

Oil cooler line was replaced under warranty. If it wouldn’t of been I wouldn’t of been able to afford it due to your high prices. Oil change was fine. My tire pressure monitor was not working. They reprogrammed it and this cost me 75.00.Ever since Germain bought the dealership I believe it’s all about the money and not the customer

Very rude customer service. Was told it would take 1 hour to do oil change and tire rotation it took 2 hours. Took 30 minutes to pay bill. Will not be back there for anything again. Will find another dealer.
