Wow!! The hot lunch. Rib rack meal was ex ellent. We ended up buying more to take home to our family.
Also bought the pork chops. All 3 kinds. Excellent. We heard about this place from a friend and had to go try while we was up that way. Over hour away for us.

Moved to Sidney for work and just found this jem yesterday. We got ribeyes and sauerkraut and they were both amazing! 5 stars for sure!

I wanted some pork slices to put on my ramen, so I ordered pork belly from this restaurant. The meat is so beautiful! The color, transparency, and freshness are perfect! And the taste of the meat is elegant and delicious! The clear taste of the fat is irresistible! It's just the best. I'd like to order again. I don't speak much English, but I'll try my best to call them.

I'm only giving three stars because the food was excellent. The service on the other hand was atrocious. I placed an order for a large number of boxed hot meals. According to the menu on their website, it says the beef brisket sandwiches with a side are $7.00 each (see attached pic). I ordered 14 of them, so I knew it should be $98.00 total. When I went to pay, the lady behind the register said my total was $126.00. She saw the surprised look on my face and told me they were $9.00 each. I showed her the price listed on the webpage. When she went and asked another person behind the counter about it I was informed that I could just leave the items behind if I didn't want to pay the $9.00 each and that the prices are subject to change.
Eventually, someone else heard the discussion and came over to ask me what they could do that would make me happy. I said, "Charge the price listed on your webpage." He agreed and told the lady I spoke with initially to charge me the listed price. I thought that would be the end of it.
After ringing me up she tossed a menu in the box and told me these are the correct prices. I said that was fine, but they should really update their online menu. She reiterated that prices are subject to change. When I stated that there is nothing that says that online, she insisted it does. After getting back to my computer I scoured their webpage, and no, there is nothing there that says anything like that.
The meals were delicious and absolutely worth $9.00 each. I would have had zero issue paying that amount if it had been listed correctly on the webpage, or if I had been quoted that amount when placing the order. To be treated as if their error was my fault, however, was beyond the pale. I don't know why I expected anything less. The last time I was there I got cussed out by one of the employees, and asked if I needed a hug.
I 100% recommend this place for a good meal and excellent meats. Just make sure you can deal with the horrible customer service to get it.
