Lochard's have done several jobs for us over the last 10 yrs. or so.. Everything from camera work on our sewer line to the alley out back, to replacing our water heater.. And today inspection and maintenance of our gas furnace.. Today their Tech Kyle and his assistant were very professional, curious, and took care of any issues our furnace had..!! As usual Lochard has come thru again for us.. We will definitely be keeping them in the loop, and in our contacts..!! ( Just in case.?)

Went to their store to set up an appointment for an estimate on a ductless heating and cooling unit. When the gentleman came we discussed what he recommended and what I had in mind. He told me he would give me 2 estimates, his recommendations and 1 for my idea to show me the price difference. It took 3 weeks and a phone call to get a response and he only sent me 1 estimate. The sad thing is, I had cash in hand to pay in full. Very disappointed.
